| 520 | |a تعد الجريمة ظاهرة اجتماعية موجودة في كل المجتمعات ومرتبطة بها ارتباطا طبيعيا، كونها تتصل ببنى المجتمع نفسه وطبيعة الحياة الاجتماعية ودرجة تعقيدها وتطورها. وقد اهتمت النظريات الاجتماعية بدراسة وتفسير أهم الأسباب المؤدية لارتكاب الفرد للسلوك الإجرامي، ومن بين هذه النظريات نظرية الوصم الاجتماعي التي تنطلق من مسلمتين الأولى: أن الانحراف ظاهرة نسبية غير ثابتة تتمثل في الخروج عن الحدود التسامحية مما يجعل المجتمع يرفض هذا السلوك غير المقبول ومن ثم يوصم السلوك بأنه انحراف وصاحبه منحرف، والثانية: أن الانحراف لا ينشأ عن مصدر واحد بل نتيجة مجموعة من المواقف والظروف فهو عملية اجتماعية تقوم بين طرفين هما الفعل المنحرف الذي يصدر عن الجانح وردة فعل الآخرين تجاه هذا الانحراف. | ||
| 520 | |b Crime is a social phenomenon that exists in all societies and has a natural connection, because it relates to the structures of society itself and the nature, complexity and development of social life. Social theories have been concerned with the study and interpretation of the most important reasons leading to the criminal behavior of the individual. Among these theories is the theory of social stigmatization which stems from the first two Muslims: Deviation is a relative phenomenon that is not consistent in getting out of tolerant boundaries which causes society to reject this unacceptable behavior and thus stigmatize The second is that deviation does not originate from a single source, but rather as a result of a set of situations and circumstances. It is a social process that takes place between two parties: the deviant act of the delinquent and the reaction of others to this deviation. | ||
| 520 | |d Le crime est un phénomène social qui existe dans toutes les sociétés et qui a un lien naturel, car il concerne les structures de la société elle-même et la nature, la complexité et le développement de la vie sociale. Les théories sociales se sont intéressées à l'étude et à l'interprétation des raisons les plus importantes conduisant au comportement criminel de l'individu. Parmi ces théories se trouve la théorie de la stigmatisation sociale qui découle des deux premiers musulmans: la déviation est un phénomène relatif qui n'est pas cohérent pour sortir des frontières tolérantes, ce qui pousse la société à rejeter ce comportement inacceptable et donc à stigmatiser. La seconde est que la déviation ne proviennent d'une seule source, mais plutôt du fait d'un ensemble de situations et de circonstances. C'est un processus social qui se déroule entre deux parties: l'acte déviant du délinquant et la réaction des autres à cette déviation. | ||
