| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تعرف العلاقة بين مستوى تطبيق جامعة دمشق للبعد الثالث وتنمية المجتمع من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. ومستوى تطبيق جامعة دمشق للبعد الثالث المتعلق بتنمية المجتمع من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. ومستوى تحقيق جامعة دمشق للتنمية المجتمعية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة البعد الثالث للجامعة واستبانة التنمية المجتمعية تبعا لمتغيري: (عدد سنوات الخبرة، التخصص الدراسي الجامعي). واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وشملت عينة البحث (284) عضو هيئة تدريسية في جامعة دمشق، وطبقت الباحثة استبانة البعد الثالث للجامعة، واستبانة التنمية المجتمعية، وخلصت الباحثة إلى النتائج الأتية: 1. وجود مستوى متوسط لتطبيق جامعة دمشق للبعد الثالث المتعلق بتنمية المجتمع من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الرتبي الاستجابات أفراد عينة البحث (2.73). 2. وجود مستوى متوسط لدور الجامعات الحكومية في التنمية المجتمعية، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الرتبي لاستجابات أفراد عينة البحث (3.01). 3. وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى تطبيق الجامعة للبعد الثالث والتنمية المجتمعية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة دمشق. 4. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة البعد الثالث للجامعة واستبانة التنمية المجتمعية وفق متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية الذين لديهم عدد من سنوات الخبرة (من 11-15 سنة). 5. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة البعد الثالث للجامعة واستبانة التنمية المجتمعية وفق متغير التخصص الدراسي الجامعي. The aim of the research was to define the relationship between the level of application of Damascus University for the third dimension and community development from the viewpoint of faculty members. And the level of Damascus University’s application of the third dimension related to community development from the viewpoint of faculty members. The level of achievement of Damascus University for Community Development from the viewpoint of faculty members. And the detection of statistically significant differences between the averages of the answers of the members of the research sample to the university's third dimension questionnaire and the community development questionnaire according to two variables: (number of years of experience, university academic specialization). The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the research sample included (284) faculty members at the University of Damascus, the researcher applied the university's third dimension questionnaire, and the community development questionnaire, and the researcher concluded the following results: 1. There is an intermediate level for the application of Damascus University to the third dimension related to community development from the viewpoint of faculty members, as the average arithmetic average for the responses of the members of the research sample reached (2.73). 2. The presence of an intermediate level of the role of public universities in community development, as the average arithmetic average for the responses of the individuals in the research sample (3.01). 3. A statistically significant correlation between the level of the university's application of the third dimension and the societal development from the point of view of faculty members at Damascus University. 4- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents on the third dimension of the university and the questionnaire of community development according to the variable number of years of experience for faculty members who have a number of years of experience (11-15 years). 5. There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the answers of the research sample on the third dimension questionnaire of the university and the questionnaire of community development according to the university specialization variable. |
