| المستخلص: | Thinking about reorganizing the learning environment through which learners of French as a foreign language acquire the skill of written production is considered at this time an educational necessity of great importance. The entry of information and communication technology has brought about a radical change in the teaching and learning of this skill. In this context, the current research aims to measure the impact of using the blog on developing written production among students of the College of Education. Blogs are a web page on the Internet on which dated and arranged posts are published in ascending chronological order from a specific number controlled by the administrator or publisher of the blog. The study relied on a one experimental group design, and the included activities were implemented using the cooperative learning strategy. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the current study highlighted a significant impact of the use of blogs in developing the target skills of the study sample. This abstract was translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. إن التفكير في إعادة تنظيم بيئة التعلم التي يكتسب من خلالها متعلموا اللغة الفرنسية كلغة أجنبية مهاره الانتاج الكتابي يعتبر في هذه الآونة ضرورة تعليمية وتربوية ذات أهمية بالغة. وقد أحدث دخول تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال تغيرا جذريا في تعليم وتعلم هذه المهارة وفي هذا الإطار هدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس أثر استخدام المدونة الاليكترونية في تنمية الانتاج الكتابي لدى طلاب كلية التربية. والمدونات عباره عن صفحة ويب على شبكة الإنترنت تظهر عليها تدوينات مؤرخة ومرتبة ترتيبا زمنيا تصاعديا ينشر منها عدد محدد يتحكم فيه مدير أو ناشر المدونة. واعتمدت الدراسة على التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة وتم تنفيذ الأنشطة المتضمنة باستخدام استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني، ولقد أبرز التحليل الكمي والكيفي لنتائج الدراسة الحالية أثرا دالا لاستخدام المدونات في تنمية المهارات المستهدفة لدى عينة الدراسة.
