| المستخلص: | تعد ظاهرة اليتم من الظاهرات الاجتماعية المهمة إذ تفاقمت بعد الاحتلال الأمريكي للعراق عام 2003 وما تبعة من ظروف سياسية وأمنية انَعكست سلبا على الواقع السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي إذ أخذت تنمو هذه الظاهرة بعد أحداث 2014 وأصبح قضاء الحويجة تحت سيطرة الجماعات الإرهابية التي قامت بارتكاب أبشع الجرائم من قتل وخطف وتهجير وأصبحت كثير من الأسر يعيلها غير الإباء. لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة الخصائص الديمغرافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية للتوصل إلى حجمها الفعلي والتوزيع المكانَي لهذه الظاهرة، والتعرف على المشكلات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي يعاني منها الأيتام، وتوضيح أسباب هذه الظاهرة لأن الأيتام هم أكثر المتضررين من تفاقم ظاهرة الوفيات، فضلا عن معرفة التوقعات المستقبلية لظاهرة اليتم لأن التنبؤ يعتبر من المؤشرات الأساسية لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في أي بلد يتبع سياسة التخطيط والتنمية البشرية المستدامة لرسم صورة المستقبل. The orphan phenomenon is one of the important social phenomena, as it worsened after the American occupation of Iraq in 2003 and the consequent political and security conditions that were reflected negatively on the political, economic and social reality, as this phenomenon began to grow after the events of 2014 and the Hawija district became under the control of terrorist groups that committed the most heinous crimes of killing Kidnapping and displacement, and many families became dependent on them other than parents. So this study came to know the demographic, economic and social characteristics to reach its actual size and the spatial distribution of this phenomenon, and to identify the economic and social problems that orphans suffer from, and to clarify the reasons for this phenomenon because orphans are most affected by the exacerbation of the death phenomenon, as well as knowing the future expectations of the orphan phenomenon because Prediction is one of the basic indicators because of its great importance in any country that follows the policy of planning and sustainable human development to paint the image of the future. |
