| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى بيان العلاقة والاثر الذي يمكن أن يلعبه التشارك المعرفي في تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية المكتسبة لمنظمات الأعمال وخاصة المنظمات الإنتاجية، حيث تلعب ابعاد التشارك المعرفي دورا كبيرا في تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية المكتسبة، ومن أجل الوصول إلى النتائج النهائية والتحقق من صحة الفرضيات المذكورة آنفا، قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، معتمدا على مجموعة من الأساليب والأدوات اللازمة لجمع وتحليل البيانات والمعلومات من عينة البحث البالغ قوامها (68) من المبحوثين في شركة ديالي العامة، واستعان الباحث باستمارة الاستبانة بوصفها أداة رئيسة في الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات، وعدد من الأساليب الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج SPSS. حيث توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج؛ كان من أهمها وجود علاقات ارتباط وأثر بين التشارك المعرفي والمناعة التنظيمية، وأختتم البحث بجملة من التوصيات كان أهمها يجب على الشركة المبحوثة الاهتمام بتعزيز مناعتها التنظيمية من الأخطار الخارجية من خلال تبني عملية التشارك المعرفي. وهذا ما أوضحتها نتائج البحث، حيث توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة والتي يمكن ان تساعد المنظمة المبحوثة عينة البحث في تعزيز مناعتها التنظيمية المكتسبة لمواجهة مختلف التحديات التنظيمية المستقبلية. The aim of the research is to demonstrate the relationship and impact that knowledge sharing can play in enhancing the organizational immunity acquired for business organizations, especially productive organizations, where the dimensions of knowledge sharing play a major role in strengthening the acquired organizational immunity, and in order to reach the final results and verify the validity of the above assumptions, he The researcher using the descriptive analytical method, relying on a set of methods and tools necessary to collect and analyze data and information from the research sample of (68) researchers from Diyala State Company, and the researcher used the questionnaire form as a main tool In obtaining data and information, and a number of statistical methods using SPSS. Where the research reached a set of results; the most important of which was the existence of correlations and impact between knowledge sharing and organizational immunity, and the research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the research company should pay attention to strengthening its organizational immunity from external risks through adopting the process of knowledge sharing. This is what the results of the research showed, as the research reached a set of important results that can assist the research organization in the research sample in enhancing its acquired organizational immunity to face various future organizational challenges. |
