| المستخلص: | تعد الصناعة مفتاح عملية التغيير الهيكلي حيث تقوم بشكل مستمر بإيجاد مستويات أعلى من الإنتاج والعمالة وتؤدي إلى نمو مستويات الدخل لذا فقد تم في هذا البحث التركيز على الصناعات النسيجية السورية وتسليط الضوء على الصادرات النسيجية ودورها في النمو الاقتصادي من خلال الاستفادة من الميزة النسبية التي تتمتع بها هذه الصناعة من حيث توفر المادة الأولية واليد العاملة وتم ذلك من خلال دراسة وتحليل واقع الصناعة النسيجية وصادراتها من خلال تطبيق نماذج إحصائية مناسبة لاختبار الفرضيات وتحليل البيانات وتحديد الصعوبات التي تعترض عملها ووضع الاستراتيجيات المناسبة لإحداث التغيير الهيكلي في كل مرحلة من مراحل الإنتاج. وتوصلت الدراسة لجملة من المقترحات اللازمة لتطويرها وزيادة الصادرات بما يساهم في زيادة معدل النمو الاقتصادي أهمها الاهتمام بالقطاع الزراعي والتصنيع الزراعي وعدم إغفال دوره والعمل على ربط الزراعة بالصناعة وخاصة الصناعات ذات الإمكانات الواعدة بتحقيق قيمة مضافة عالية وهامش تصديري واسع وخلق فرص عمل وتحقيق توسع وتنويع في القاعدة الإنتاجية وصولا لإقامة صناعات وسيطة تغني عن الاستيراد، حيث تبرز أهمية هذه الصناعات من خلال قدرتها على إحداث تغير مهم في بنية التجارة الخارجية السورية مما يؤدي لدفع عملية النمو الاقتصادي إلى الأمام. Industry is the key to the process of structural change as it continuously creates higher levels of production and employment and leads to growth in income levels, so it has been in this research to focus on the Syrian textile industries and highlight textile exports and their role in economic growth by taking advantage of the comparative advantage that they enjoy This industry is in terms of the availability of raw material and labor. This was done through studying and analyzing the reality of the textile industry and its exports by applying appropriate statistical models to test assumptions, analyze data, identify difficulties in its work, and develop appropriate strategies. It is necessary to effect structural change at every stage of production. The study reached a set of proposals necessary to develop it and increase exports in a way that contributes to increasing the rate of economic growth, the most important of which is the interest in the agricultural sector and agricultural manufacturing and not neglecting its role and working to link agriculture to industry, especially industries with promising potentials to achieve high added value and a wide export margin and create job opportunities and achieve expansion and diversification at the base Productivity to establish intermediate industries that dispense with import, where the importance of these industries is demonstrated by their ability to bring about an important change in the structure of Syrian foreign trade, which leads to pushing the process of economic growth forward. |
