| المستخلص: | اختصت الدراسة بتطور التعاون الإسرائيلي -الهندي في المجالين العسكري والأمني منذ مطلع تسعينيات القرن الماضي، إذ ركزت على تحليل أثر متغيرات البيئة الداخلية في كل من إسرائيل والهند، وكذلك طبيعة التحولات الإقليمية والدولية، وكيفية استثمار طرفي العلاقة لهذه المتغيرات. مع استعراض أشكال التعاون العسكري والأمني، وأخيرا وضحت تداعيات العلاقات العسكرية على الأمن القومي العربي. وظفت ثلاث مناهج رئيسة لتحليل دراسة التعاون بين البلدين، وهي، المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج تحليل النظم، والمنهج الاستقرائي. The study focused on the development of Israeli-Indian cooperation in the military and security fields since the beginning of the nineties of the last century, where it focused on analyzing the impact of internal environment variables in both Israel and India, as well as the nature of regional and international transformations, and how the two sides of the relationship invested these changes, with a review of the forms of military and security cooperation. Finally, it made clear the implications of military relations for Arab national security. Three main approaches were used to analyze the study of cooperation between the two countries, namely, the descriptive -analytical approach, the systems analysis approach, and the inductive approach. |
