| المستخلص: | يعد تطبيق أسلوب إدارة المعرفة في المنظمة الحديثة من أهم وأنجح الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة، والذي يعنى بالاستغلال الأمثل للمعرفة الضمنية والصريحة في المنظمة بهدف تحقيق وتعزيز الإبداع الإداري كميزة تنافسية تمكنها من الاستمرار والبقاء في عالم الأعمال. فقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تؤديه إدارة نظم المعرفة في تعزيز القيادة الإدارية وخاصة أساليب القيادة الكاريزمية كأحد أهم أساليب الإدارة الحديثة وذلك من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين أبعاد نظم المعرفة مع أبعاد القيادة الكاريزمية في المصرف التجاري السوري وفروعه في دمشق، ولأجل ذلك اعتمد الباحث على عينة عشوائية بلغت (142) استبانة للحصول على البيانات المطلوبة لإجراء الدراسة العملية وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS v25.0، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة أثر إيجابية بين المتغيرات المدروسة. The application of the knowledge management method in the modern organization is considered one of the most important and most effective modern administrative methods, which means the optimal use of the implicit and explicit knowledge in the organization with the aim of achieving and enhancing administrative creativity as a competitive advantage that enables it to continue and remain in the business world. This study aimed to know the role of knowledge systems management in enhancing administrative leadership, especially the methods of charismatic leadership as one of the most important methods of modern management, by studying the relationship between the dimensions of knowledge systems with the dimensions of charismatic leadership in the Syrian Commercial Bank and its branches in Damascus, and for that On a random sample of (142) questionnaires to obtain the data required to conduct the practical study and analyze it using the SPSS v25.0 program, the study found a positive effect relationship between the studied variables. |
