| 520 | |a نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة الميدانية تبيان طبيعة الاستخدامات السياسية للشبكات الاجتماعية الرقمية والعلاقة التي تربط بين الفواعل السياسية وإبراز دور الوسائل الإعلامية الجديدة في عملية الاتصال السياسي لدى السياسيين خاصة بعد الحراك الشعبي الذي شهدته الجزائر في الفترة الأخيرة والتنظيم الشعبي الكبير الذي أرجعه البعض للحملات المكثفة عبر الوسائط الالكترونية الجديدة، حيث لا يمكن تصور العملية السياسية في الوقت الراهن من دون وجود وسائل إعلامية واتصالية بما فيها الشبكات الاجتماعية الرقمية، هذه الأخيرة كثيرا ما أجبرت رجال السياسة على تعديل علاقاتهم مع الجمهور والأخذ بعين الاعتبار ردود أفعال الرأي العام وآماله. وقد انطلق الباحثان من فرضية أن السياسة تقلصت إلى اتصال حيث أصبح هدف العملية السياسية هو كسب ود وتأييد وسائل الإعلام والاتصال بما فيها الوسائط الجديدة، مستخدمان في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأداتيه الملاحظة والاستبيان، ومن نتائج الدراسة الميدانية لواقع العلاقة بين عناصر الاتصال السياسي أن الممارسة السياسية الراهنة قد خضعت إلى تعديلات ملموسة بفعل قوة الشبكات الاجتماعية الرقمية. | ||
