| المستخلص: | هدف البحث للتعرف على فعالية برنامج قائم على مدخل المعلم كعالم (TAS) في تنمية بعض مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى طلاب الشعب العلمية بكلية التربية، وتكونت العينة من مجموعة واحدة بلغت (37) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة بيولوجي بكلية التربية – جامعة الزقازيق، وشملت الأدوات اختبار مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين وأبعاده (التفكير الناقد – الاتصال –ثقافة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات- الثقافة الرقمية- المهارات الاجتماعية- المسئولية والإنتاجية) ومقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس وأبعاده (التقبل الذاتي لمهنة التدريس-التقييم الشخصي لقدراته-النظرة الاجتماعية لمهنة معلم العلوم- النظرة المستقبلية لتدريس العلوم) وتوصلت النتائج إلى: 1.توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب عينة الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين ككل وفى أبعاده الفرعية لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2.توجد فعالية للبرنامج المقترح القائم على مدخل المعلم كعالم في تنمية بعض مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى الطلاب عينة الدراسة. 3.توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب عينة الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس ككل وفى أبعاده الفرعية لصالح التطبيق البعدي 4.توجد فعالية للبرنامج المقترح القائم على مدخل المعلم كعالم في تنمية الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى الطلاب عينة الدراسة. The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a program based on the teacher’s entrance as a scientist (TAS) in developing some of the skills of the twenty first century and the trend towards the teaching profession among the students’s scientific students in the Faculty of Education, and the sample consisted of one group of (37) students from the fourth year students from the Biological Division of the College Education - Zagazig University, and tools included testing the skills of the twenty-first century and its dimensions (critical thinking - communication - information and communication technology culture - digital culture - social skills - responsibility and productivity) and a measure of the direction towards the teaching profession and its dimensions (self-acceptance of the profession of training Q - Personal assessment of his abilities - the social view of the science teacher profession - the future view of science :education) The results reached 1- There are statistically significant differences between the . averages of the students ’scores for the study sample at the level of significance (0.05) in the pre and post applications to test the skills of the twenty-first century as a whole and in its sub-dimensions in favor of the post application 2-There is effectiveness for the proposed program based on the teacher's entrance as a scientist in developing some of the skills of .the twenty-first century for students of the study sample 3-There are statistically significant differences between the averages of students ’scores for the study sample at the level of significance (0.05) in the pre and post applications of the measure of the trend towards the teaching profession as a whole and in its sub-dimensions in favor of the post application 4-There is an activity for the proposed program based on the teacher's entrance as a scientist in developing the trend towards the .teaching profession among students of the study sample |
