| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم النية عند النحاة، ومدى اعتمادهم عليها في تأويل النصوص التي تخالف القواعد التي استنبطوها من كلام العرب، ومن ثم فهو يمثل محاولة لفهم ما يعنيه النحاة بالنية من خلال تقديم وصف علمي دقيق لمفهومه عندهم، وذلك بالاعتماد على تحليل كلامهم الذي تضمن هذا اللفظ أو أحد اشتقاقاته أو مرادفاته، ولبيان مفهوم النية عند النحاة تتبع البحث معنى النية في اللغة، وبين أن النحاة أخذوا هذا اللفظ عن علماء الفقه، كما بين أن ثمة فروقاً بين النية عند الفقهاء والنية عند النحاة؛ مما يدعو إلى ضرورة اختصاص النية في النحو بتعريف يميزها عن مفهومها في الفقه، ويراعى الفروق بينهما. ولتحديد موقع النية من التأويل عند النحاة تناول البحث مفهوم التأويل عندهم، ثم بين مدى اعتماد النحاة على النية في التأويل وذلك من خلال ذكر المواضع التي ورد فيها ذكر النية عندهم، كما سعى إلى بيان الفروق بين النية وبعض المصطلحات التي تتداخل معها في الاستعمال عند كثير من النحاة والباحثين، مثل مصطلحي الحذف والإضمار، فبين الفروق الدقيقة بين هذه المصطلحات الثلاثة، بعد استعراض بعض مواطن التداخل بينها في الاستعمال. ثم تتبع البحث أهم أشكال النية عند النحاة، وقد حددها في عدد من الأشكال، هي: نية الذكر ونية الحذف، نية التعريف ونية التنكير، نية التقديم ونية التأخير، نية التكرار، نية علامات الإعراب ونية حركات البناء. This research deals the concept of intention according to the grammarians and the extent at which they rely on it in their interpretation of texts that they infer from Arab speech. Therefore, it signifies an attempt to understand the concept of intention according to the grammarians through the presentation of a specific description to what it means to them, this is achieved through reliance on the analysis of their speech that includes this word or one of its derivatives or its synonyms. To clarify the concept of intention according to the grammarians, the research tracked the linguistic connotation of intention, and showed that the grammarians borrowed this word from the scholars of jurisprudence, and it also showed that there are differences between jurists concept and the grammarians concept of intention, which calls for the necessity of the concept of intention in syntax having a distinct definition that distinguishes it from its concept in jurisprudence, and that takes into account the differences between them. To determine the position of intention in interpretation according to the grammarians, the research discussed the concept of interpretation to them, and then indicated the extent of the dependence of the grammarians on intention in interpretation. This is done by mentioning the places where intention was mentioned by them, it also sought to clarify the differences between the intention and some of the terms that are associated with it in usage by many grammarians and researchers, such as the terms "aphaeresis and ellipsis", the research showed the precise differences between these three terms, after reviewing some of the overlaps between them in usage. Then the research tracked the most important forms of intention according to the grammarians, and they have been determined in a number of forms: the intention of mentioning and the intention of aphaeresis, the intention of forming a definite article and the intention of forming an indefinite article, the intention of forwarding and the intention of delaying, the intention of repetition, the intention of the signs of i‘rāb and the intention the harakāt of al-benā. |
