| 520 | |a شهد العراق خلال السنوات المنصرمة سلسلة من الحروب والأزمات تسببت بانعكاسات سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية على الدولة والشعب ومن بين هذه الانعكاسات ما خلفته العمليات العسكرية المتمثلة بحرب الخليج الأولى والثانية وما أعقبها من احتلال للأراضي العراقية من قبل القوات الأمريكية والقوات المتحالفة معها وإسقاط النظام السابق وسقوط العديد من المؤسسات الرسمية وفقدان السيطرة الأمنية على أجزاء ومساحات واسعة من الأراضي العراقية واستغلال عصابات الإرهاب والجريمة لهذه الظروف في مراحل مختلفة من التاريخ الحديث للعراق وارتكابها لسلسلة من الانتهاكات والجرائم بحق الشعب العراقي والممتلكات العامة للدولة العراقية ومن بينها المواقع الإثارية والحواضر الثقافية والدينية المتمثلة بالمعابد والأضرحة والكنائس التي تعود إلى عهود سحيقة والتي لطالما شكلت ذاكرة حضارية للعراق وشعبه أبهرت المؤرخين والباحثين في مجال الحضارة والأثار ويأتي هذا البحث لتتبع حقبة سوداء مر بها العراق وفقد فيها الكثير من هذه الممتلكات بسبب أعمال التخريب والسرقة والحرق التي أقدمت عليها عصابات إجرامية ينتمي بعضها إلى تنظيمات متطرفة وتقف خلفها أطراف خارجية وبتواطىء من جهات داخلية أمنت بفكر متطرف وتحركت. | ||
| 520 | |b over the past years, Iraq has witnessed a series of wars and crises led to many political, economic and social consequences on the State and people , within these consequences the outcomes of the military operations of the first and second Gulf war and late on the occupation of Iraqi territory by Us and allied forces on the wake of downfall the former regime and many official institutions then loss of security control over large parts of Iraq’s territories and land due to exploit these conditions by the terrorism, crime groups those whom committed a series of violations and crimes against the Iraqi people and the Iraqi State public property at various stages in the recent history of Iraq, within these violations the cultural and religious cities represented by temples, shrines and churches dating back to the many ages ago that have long been constituted a cultural memory of Iraq and its people and impressed historians and researchers in the field of civilization and relics. This research comes to trace a black era passed by Iraq causing of loss a lot of these properties because of the acts of destruction, theft and burning some of them by extremist crime organizations oriented by external parties and supported also by some of internal bodies that believed in extremist thought and motivated by greed, revulsion and hatred feeling aimed to . In other sections, the research dealt with the manifestations of aggression caused by terrorist groups (Daásh) on sites that were classified as civilized sites in Iraq, in addition to what has happened to the historical places of worship of various religions belonging to nations and peoples that alternated on the construction of different civilizations in Mesopotamia. | ||
