| المستخلص: | لا شك أن طباع الناس تختلف بعضها عن بعض؛ فمنهم الشديد العنيف، ومنهم السهل اللين. ومع تنوع الشخصيات الإنسانية يحتاج الداعية إلى تصفح صفحات السنة النبوية؛ ليستكشف طرق التعامل النبوي مع الشخصيات ذات الطباع الخاصة. وقد تنوعت أساليب النبي-صلى الله عليه وسلم-ووسائله في التعامل مع مثل تلك الشخصيات. ومن هنا فقد ركز هذا البحث على الهدي النبوي-خاصة-في التعامل مع تلك الشخصيات؛ وذلك لواقعيته وتوازنه وشموليته ووضوحه وكمال هدفه وربانية غايته. ويهدف البحث إلى: التعرف على هدي النبوة في التعامل مع الشخصيات ذات الطباع الخاصة. تمييز طرق التأثير في الشخصيات ذات الطباع الخاصة التي يواجهها الدعاة في طريق دعوتهم. تكوين اتجاهات إيجابية في نفسية الدعاة نحو التعامل مع الناس باختلاف طبائعهم. توظيف المعرفة بالشخصيات في رقي الممارسة الصحيحة للدعاة عند التواصل مع الآخرين. المنهج المستخدم في البحث: هو المنهج الاستقرائي؛ حيث قام الباحث باستقراء ما توفر لديه من سنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ومواقف حياته؛ بحيث يجمع البحث بين صفحاته آداب النبوة وأخلاقيات الداعية الأول رسول الله – عليه الصلاة والسلام-في التعامل مع الشخصيات الصعبة وذات الطباع الخاصة. وقد بني البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. كان المبحث الأول حول أشهر الشخصيات ذات الطباع الخاصة، من حيث بيان أنواعها وصفاتها ومنهجية التعامل العلمي معها، وكان المبحث الثاني حول هدي النبوة في التعامل مع الشخصيات ذات الطباع الخاصة، ثم كان المبحث الثالث والأخير حول الدروس المفادة للدعاة في التعامل مع الشخصيات ذات الطباع الخاصة. وخلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات، من أهم نتائجه: بيان كمال الهدي النبوي في التعامل مع الشخصيات الإنسانية باختلاف طباعها، مع إمكانية تطبيق تلك الوسائل والأساليب في واقع الدعوة المعاصر. وكان من أهم توصياته: تأهيل الدعاة في الكليات المتخصصة تأهيلا نفسيا من الناحية النظرية والتطبيقية، مع تدريس مادة خاصة على طلاب الدعوة والشريعة في الجوانب النفسية وأنماط الشخصية الإنسانية وطرق التعامل معها. مع توجيه الباحثين للبحث العلمي في موضوعات علم الاجتماع والنفس وطرق التعامل مع الآخرين ووسائل كسب القلوب؛ تبليغاً لدعوة الله، ونشرا للخير بين الناس، وتوظيفا لطالقات البشر من حولنا فيما يحقق مصلحة البلاد والعباد. There is no doubt that people's nature is different from each other; With the diversity of human figures, the preacher needs to browse the pages of the Prophet's Sunnah to explore ways of dealing with characters of special characters. This research focused on the prophetic guidance, especially in dealing with these figures, because of its realism, balance, comprehensiveness, and clarity, completeness of its purpose and the lordity of its purpose. The research aims to learn about the gift of prophecy in dealing with personalities of special nature. To identify ways of influencing characters of special characters that preachers face in the way of their advocacy. Develop positive attitudes in the psychology of preachers towards dealing with people of different natures. Employing knowledge of personalities to promote the correct practice of preachers when communicating with others. The method used in the search: It is the Inductive approach, where the researcher extrapolated what he had the sunnah of the Prophet and peace and the positions of his life, so that the research combines the morals of prophecy with the ethics of the first preacher, the Prophet, peace and prayer, in dealing with difficult and special characters. The search was built on an introduction, a preface, three investigations and a conclusion. The first was about the most famous personalities of special characters, in terms of the statement of their types, recipes and methodology of scientific dealing with them, and the second was about the two prophets in dealing with personalities of special nature, and then the third and final research on the study used by the preachers in dealing with personalities of special nature. The research was based on a number of findings and recommendations, the most important of which is the statement of Kamal al-Hadi al-Nabawi in dealing with human figures of different natures, with the possibility of applying these methods and methods in the contemporary reality of da'wa. One of his most important recommendations was to rehabilitate preachers in specialized colleges psychologically in theory and practice, with a special subject to be taught to students of advocacy and law in psychological aspects, human personality patterns and ways to deal with them. Guiding researchers to scientific research on the subjects of sociology and psychology and ways to deal with others and ways to win hearts, in order to communicate god's call, spread good among people, and employ the energies of the people around us in the interest of the country and the people. |
