| المستخلص: | تلعب المرأة دور هاماً في كافة المجالات وتمثل أكثر من نصف المجتمع، لذا فتعالت النداءات بضرورة تمكين المرأة وتوفير كافة السبل لتكتسب حقوقها السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية واعتبرها شريك أساسي في تحقيق تنمية المجتمع والدولة على حدا سواء، ولم تدخر مصر جهد في دعم المرأة على كافة الأصعدة، وانشئت العديد من المجالس والجمعيات الداعمة لها في شتى المجالات، وشرعت العديد من القوانين لتمكينها اقتصاديا يحاول البحث رصد الواقع الفعلي والتعرف على مدى فاعلية السياسات وقدرتها على دعم المرأة وتمكينها اقتصاديا. تكمن أهمية البحث في رصد وتحليل الواقع الفعلي لسياسات الدولة والتحقق من مدى فاعلية تلك السياسات التي تم تشريعها في السنوات القليلة الماضية، حيث سنت الدولة مجموعة من القوانين والتشريعات التي من شأنها دعم المرأة واعتبرت تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا قضية محورية تمكن الدولة من تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة، وحاولت الدراسة التنبؤ بالوضع المستقبلي في ظل هذه السياسات. توصل البحث إلى دعم الدولة المصرية للمرأة من خلال السياسات التي تم سنها وتفعيلها وذلك لدعم المرأة اقتصادياً، وأظهر البحث وجود علاقة قوية بين السياسات وتمكين المرأة اقتصاديا، وتنبأ البحث بارتفاع أعداد المستفيدات بما يؤكد فاعلية السياسات والتشريعات التي تشريعها. Women play an important role in all fields and represent more than half of society, so calls have been made for the necessity of empowering women and providing all means to gain their political, social and economic rights and considered them a key partner in achieving the development of society and the state on both levels. Egypt has spared no effort in supporting women at all levels, and established several councils and associations supporting them in various fields, and enacted many laws to enable them economically. The research attempts to monitor the actual reality and identify the effectiveness of policies and their ability to support women and empower them economically. The importance of the research lies in monitoring and analyzing the actual reality of the state’s policies and verifying the effectiveness of those policies that have been legislated in the past few years, as the state enacted a set of laws and legislations that would support women and considered women's economic empowerment a central issue that enables the state to achieve comprehensive economic development, The study attempted to predict the future status under these policies. The research reached the support of the Egyptian state for women through the enacted and activated policies to support women economically, the research showed a strong relationship between policies and the economic empowerment of women, and the research predicted a high number of beneficiaries to confirm the effectiveness of the policies and legislation that legislates it. |
