| المستخلص: | لعل الكلام عن الجندر وعن كل ما يتعلق به يحتاج إلى أدوات بحثية عالية في الدقة تعمل على توضيح الصورة الحقيقية لهذا المفهوم وماذا يتضمن وما هي الأمور التي أشار لها، وذلك لإزالة الغموض حوله ومحاولة فك اللبس الذي يعتريه من خلال تضارب وجهات النظر بشأنه لأسباب قد تتعلق بمبررات محاولات خرق القواعد الحياتية والآتيان بقواعد جديدة من شأنها أن تؤدي إلى ارتفاع جنس على حساب جنس آخر وما يترتب على ذلك من اضطهاد للحقوق. أن الجندر هو محاولة لإعادة صياغة الحياة وفق التقسيم الاجتماعي وليس على أساس التصنيف البايولوجي الذي تتحدد على أساسه كل قيم وعادات وتقاليد ووظائف الإنسان، بحيث لا يؤدي ذلك إلى تسلط جنس على حساب جنس آخر وشعوره بالدونية، إذ يهدف للقضاء على السلطة الذكورية التي منحتها المجتمعات لذكور وفق التصنيف البايولوجي والنظر إلى الأنوثة ككيان لا يختلف عن الذكورة في المساهمة في الحياة، على أن ذلك لا يستهدف تهميش الذكورة وإنما إعادة صياغة أدوارها في الحياة من جديد. فالمجتمع هو من خلق هذه التفاوتات بين الجنسين دون مراعاة للمؤهلات التي يمكن أن يحملها كلا الجنسين، ولا يتم إلغاء هذه الفروقات إلا من خلال خلق جندرية واضحة تقوم على ترتيب الأوراق من جديد بمنح الإناث حقوقها في المجتمع ككيان مساهم وفعال وما عليها من واجبات دون النظر لها نظرة دونية تقلل من شأنها، وكذلك خلق أدوار جديدة للذكور وإنقاذهم مما هم فيه من أوضاع قد رسمها لهم المجتمع وجعلهم أصحاب سلطة في هذه الحياة ليس بإرادتهم وإنما وفق تصنيفهم البيولوجي الذي منح لهم هذه المنازل، وذلك بصناعة ثقافة جندرية تحاول أن تبني اطر حياة جديدة يتعايش فيها البشر من كلا الجنسين وفق هذه المعطيات وليس على أساس تهميش وأقصاء جنس دون آخر. استنطاق معنى الجندر الغرض منه استجواب ما المقصود بالجندر وماذا يتضمن، من خلال تعريفه بشكل يؤدي إلى رسم صورة واضحة لهذا المفهوم وإزالة عدم الوضوح بينه وبين المفاهيم الأخرى، وعلى ماذا تنطوي تعاملاته وكيفية وضع حدود خاصة به تميزه عن غيره لتحقيق أهدافه دون الخلط به، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى سوء انطباع وتعامل مع كل معطيات هذا المفهوم.
