| المستخلص: | حصل سكان مستعمرة بليمون في عام 1620 على جميع الحقوق الديمقراطية والحريات العامة. وشارك جميع المستوطنين في ممارسة السلطة التشريعية بغض النظر عن مقدار ثروتهم أو عقيدتهم الدينية أو فوارقهم الطبقية أو أصولهم القومية، فزالت جميع هذه الفوارق في المستعمرات وانتشرت العدالة والمساواة والحرية والتمتع بالحقوق الديمقراطية فيها. وأسست العديد من المستعمرات في أمريكا تمتع المستوطنين فيها بالحقوق الديمقراطية والحريات العامة، فساهموا في اختيار حاكم المستعمرة وانتخب جمعيتها التشريعية بمستعمرة كونكتيكوت التي أسست في عام 1635 وينتخب مستوطنو مستعمرتي ماساتشوستس وماريلاند المجلس التشريعي في كل منهما. تولت هذه المجالس وضع دستور خاص لكل مستعمرة منح الحريات العامة والحقوق الديمقراطية. وكانت المجالس التشريعية هي المسؤولة عن فرض الضرائب والبت في المشاكل التي تواجه المستعمرة. رفض سكان المستعمرات تنفيذ تلك القوانين وأصروا على بقاء سلطة المجالس التشريعية في المستعمرات. بيد أن الملك البريطاني واصل بسياسة الشدة تجاه سكان المستعمرات مما تسبب في قيام حرب الاستلال الأمريكية. وتم تقسيم البحث على مقدمة ومبحثين، المبحث الأول: بداية تطور الديمقراطية في المستعمرات الإنجليزية في أمريكا. والثاني: تطور الديمقراطية بعد حرب الاستقلال الأمريكية. In 1620 the people of play mouth colony got all their democratic right and the public freedom and all the settlers participated in the practice of legislative authority regardless their fortune, religious beliefs, social status, or the national origins, in that all the differences disappeared in the colonies and justice, equality, freedom, and enjoying democratic rights were spread in them. Many colonies were founded in the U.S. in which the settlers enjoyed the democratic rights and public freedom where the participated in choosing their ruler of the colony and electing the legislative association in conetiket colony which was found in 1635 and in massachestice and Maryland colonies they elect the legislative council in each. These councils took the responsibility of putting private constitution to each colony awarding the public freedom and the democratic rights. And the legislative councils were responsible on making tax and settle the colony problems. The colonies people insisted on the staying of the legislative councils authority in the colonies, but the tyrant king of Britain continued in sever policy toward the colony people which was the cause of the independent war. The research was divided into an introduction, two inquiries and conclusion, the first inquiry: the beginning of democracy developing in the English colonies in U. S. and the second: democracy development after the independent war of America. |
