| المستخلص: | يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على: 1. تحمل المسؤولية لدى طلبة الجامعة. 2. دلالة الفروق في تحمل المسؤولية لدى طلبة الجامعة على وفق متغيري النوع (ذكور، إناث) والتخصص الدراسي (علمي، إنساني) والتفاعل بينهما. وتحقيقا لتلك الأهداف قام الباحث ببناء مقياس (تحمل المسؤولية) معتمدا بذلك على نظرية ادلر (Adler)، وتم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (٣٠٠) طالبا وطالبة في الجامعة المستنصرية للدراسات الصباحية، إذ تم اختيار هذه العينة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية وبشكل متساوي ولكلا التخصصين (علمي، إنساني)، وبعد التأكد من تمييز فقرات المقياس، تم استخراج صدقه وذلك باستخدام الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء، بعد ذلك تم استخراج ثباته باستخدام طريقة الاختبار وإعادة الاختبار (الاتساق الخارجي) ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ (الاتساق الداخلي)، ولاستخراج نتائج البحث استخدم الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة، ومنها معامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة وتحليل التباين الثنائي، وبعد تحليل البيانات إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج وهي: 1. أظهرت النتائج أن طلبة الجامعة لديهم تحمل للمسؤولية. 2. لم تظهر النتائج فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تحمل المسؤولية على وفق متغيري النوع (ذكور، إناث) والتخصص الدراسي (علمي، إنساني) والتفاعل بينهما. The current research is aimed to know as the following: 1. To take responsibility among university students. 2. The significance of differences in responsibility among university students according to the variables of gender (male, female) and specialization qualifications (scientific, human) and the interaction between them. To achieve those goals, the researcher building a scale (take responsibility) based this on Adler 's theory (Adler) was the application of this measure on a sample of (300) students at Al-Mustansiriya University Studies of morning study, as it was selected this sample way stratified random and equally and both (Science, Humanist), and after making sure of distinguishing of the two scales items, Was extracted their validity by using face validity and construction validity, then was extracted their reliability using the test method and re- test (external consistency) and the method of Alpha Cronbach (internal consistency), and extract the search results , the researcher used appropriate statistical methods, including Pearson correlation coefficient and test samples for one sample and binary analysis contrast, and after analyzing the data statistically was reached to number of results as the following: 1. The results showed that university students have to bear the responsibility. 2. The results did not show statistically significant differences in responsibility according to the variables of gender (male, female) and specialization study (scientific, human) and the interaction between them. |
