| المستخلص: | الفصل الأول: اتخذت أهمية البحث المدرب والمدرس كعنصرين أساس في بناء وتحسين القدرات والتطوير في المجالات الأمنية والاستخبارية وتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة ورفع المعنويات والكفاءة وتنمية المهارات وإكساب المعارف وتغيير السلوك، والاتجاهات للمتدربين من رجال الأمن. هدف البحث، إلى قياس الاحتراق النفسي لدى المدربين والمدرسين في الأجهزة الأمنية والبالغ عددها (16) مديرية، وتم تحديد كل من مصطلحات، الاحتراق النفسي، والمدرس، والمدرب، والتدريب، والتدريس. الفصل الثاني: تضمن الإطار نظري محوران: الأول الاحتراق النفسي والضغوط النفسية والنظريات التي ساهمت في تفسيرها، ومناقشة النظريات، وارتباط الضغوط النفسية بالاحتراق النفسي، وأعراض الاحتراق النفسي، ثم تم الطرق إلى النماذج المفسرة للاحتراق النفسي. الفصل الثالث: اتخذت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالطريقة المسحية، من خلال دراسة ظاهرة الاحتراق النفسي والأسباب المؤدية لها. وتقديم استبانة استطلاعية إلى العينة للتعرف على أهم الضغوط التي تخص العينة، وتم تعديل وتكييف مقياس الاحتراق النفسي لـــــ(maslach) وعرضه على الخبراء. جاء في نتائج الفصل الرابع: أن درجة الاحتراق النفسي كانت عالية لدى منسبي الأجهزة الأمنية من مدربين ومدرسين، بحسب كل من (المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والوزن النسبي) والترتيب لكل (فقرة من فقرات المقياس) بحسب ضغوط العمل، وضغوط الإدارة والمرافق الملحقة بها، وضغوط الوضع الأمني عند (69.3). Chapter I: The importance of the research has been taken as a basic element in building and improving the capabilities and development in the security and intelligence fields, achieving the desired goals, raising morale, efficiency, skills development, knowledge acquisition, behavior change, and trends for the trainees of the security forces. Chapter II: The theoretical framework included two axes: the first is the psychological combustion, the psychological pressures and the theories that contributed to its interpretation, the discussion of the theories, the correlation of psychological pressure with the psychological combustion, and the symptoms of psychological combustion, and then the methods to the explained models of psychological combustion. Chapter III: The researcher took the descriptive method in the survey method, through studying the phenomenon of psychological combustion and the reasons leading to it. (52) divided into four axes: paragraphs according to work pressure, and according to the pressures of the administration and the facilities attached to it, The pressures of the security situation and its components, and the paragraphs of the positive factors. The results of the fourth chapter indicate that the degree of psychological combustion was high among the security forces' instructors and instructors according to the (arithmetic mean, standard deviation and relative weight) and the order of each paragraph of the scale according to work pressure, management pressures and related facilities. |
