| 520 | |a إن الدراسة الحالية تتناول غياب العناصر النحوية الرئيسة في الجمل الثانوية اللامحدودة والتي تعد عناصر أساسية في الجملة الرئيسة. وهذه العناصر النحوية هي الصيغة الزمنية للفعل والفعل المساعد الناقص، وتكرار حذف الفاعل وأدوات الربط للجمل الثانوية وكذلك أدوات الربط للجمل الثانوية وكذلك أدوات الربط للجمل الاسمية كما في الأداة "that" والتي تؤدي وظائف مختلفة. إن ما افترض إليه في هذه الدراسة هو الجمل المصدرية والجمل التي تحمل اسم الفاعل (الاستمرارية) وصيغة المبني للمجهول في محل جمل اسمية وظرفية مع غياب العناصر الأساسية التي توجد في الجمل الاسمية المذكورة آنفا والتي يمكن إدراكها من خلال تركيب الجملة الرئيسة والظروف التي توجد فيها. إن هذه المشكلات تمت دراستها نحويا أولا من خلال التحليل النحوي لتراكيبها في ضوء الدراسة النحوية للجمل اللامحدودة الثانوية لإدراك أصنافها، وكذلك دلاليا من خلال إظهار الروابط والوظائف الدلالية التي تربط النسيج التركيبي لهذه الجمل مع الجمل الرئيسة إذ إن الجمل الرئيسية تعد أساسا لتركيبها. كما طبقت هذه الدراسة عمليا بتحليل ثلاثة قرارات للأمم المتحدة للأعوام (2011، 2010، 2009) لمعرفة بناء وعمل جمل كهذه في سياقات قانونية رسمية. إن تقييم الدراسة يتم إثباته من خلال تجنب الغموض الذي قد يحدث من خلال وظائف هذا النوع من الجمل المذكورة، علاوة على ذلك إن فهم بناء وعمل هذه الجمل الثانوية اللامحدودة يؤدي إلى تجنب عدم الفهم والالتباس والغموض من قبل مستخدمو هذا النوع من النصوص الرسمية القانونية. | ||
| 520 | |b The present study deals with the absence of the main syntactic elements: the tense marker, modal auxiliary and the frequent lack of a subject and a subordinating conjunction or the lack of the referential link with a nominal which can be discovered in the area of its linguistic context. These characteristics lead to divide the non-finite clauses into specific types which carry different functions. It is hypothesized that infinitive clauses, -ing clauses and ed- clauses together with the absent elements could be recognized throughout the structure of the main clauses and their contexts. They are considered to be the mirror that reflects the absence of such elements. This would be firstly studied syntactically in terms of the syntactic analysis of their structures in accordance with the linguistic literature of the finite clauses to recognize these types. Then, semantically, by showing their semantic ties and functions that wave the texture of the non-finite clauses with those of the main clauses as essential elements. Practically the present study would be done in terms of the analysis of the UN resolutions, three resolutions would be depended, for the years 2009,2010, and 2011. One for each to show how do the non-finite clauses function and help build such rules in such prestigious formal register. The assessment would prove that fully communication goes on by avoiding the ambiguity that might happen. Moreover, to recognize the subject of the main clause and its context which lead to pave the way to the agent of the non-finite clause or an indefinite subject. Thus, the control would be achieved by understanding such clauses in general, and to interpret and avoid falling into the problem of ill-interpretation of the users: both the readers and the listeners of such register, in particular. | ||
