| المستخلص: | تهدف ورق العمل الحالية إلى وضه إطار يمكن من خلاله النهوض بمنظومة العملية التعليمية بالتعلم قبل الجامعي متضمنا التعلم الابتدائي والإعدادي والثانوي والذي يعد البناء الأساسي المؤهل للتعليم الجامعي والإعداد للمستقبل حيث يعاني من الكثير من المشاكل منها ظاهرة الدروس الخصوصية ونقص بعض المعلمين بالتخصصات الرئيسية، الضعف المهني لبعض المعلمين ونقص الخبرة، والحشو الزائد بالكثير من المقررات والمناهج والراتب الضعيف للمعلم وعزوف الطلاب عن الذهاب للمدرسة وغيرها حيث تهدف ورقة العمل الحالية إلى الوصول إلى إطار يمكن من خلاله معالجة تلك المشكلات وأن تعود المدرسة إلى دورها السامي الراقي التربوي والمهني والأخلاقي المعهود لها من خلال التكنولوجيا (بنك المعرفة) حيث قامت الباحثة بدراسة ميدانية تمثلت في العديد من الزيارات الميدانية لمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي لتحديد مكامن الضعف والوصول إلى حلول باستطلاع الرأي لجميع عناصر العملية التعليمية. وبتحليل الآراء توصلت الباحثة إلى أن التغلب على تلك المشاكل جميعها يكمن في استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعليم كطريقة تدريس كوعاء معلوماتي ولتنفيذ الامتحان، للتصحيح، للنتيجة وبالتالي توفير الكثير من النفقات واستخدامها في حل تلك المشكلات حيث حل إحداها يؤدي إلى حل الأخرى فمنذ التحاق الطالب بالمدرسة وحتى انتقاله من صف إلى الصف التالي بشرط تكاتف المنظومة التعليمية كاملة لتحقيق الهدف بدء بالمعلم والطالب وولي الأمر والمدرسة والإدارة السياسية مع تفعيل مجالس الإباء فلتنصهر المنظومة معا داخل بوتقة التكنولوجيا لتحقيق الهدف وهو إعداد الأجيال للمستقبل ومواكبة احتياجات سوق العمل.
