| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تحديد أثر اختلاف خامات السوست على متانة شد محبس السوستة والتعرف على أنواع خامات أسنان السوست وأثرها على جودة المنتج الملبسي للوصول لأفضل معايير جودة لتحديد الأنسب من حيث نوع خامة السوستة وطريقة تركيبها. وتكونت عينة البحث من أربع أنواع من السوست مختلفة حسب نوع الخامة (معدن - عظم - بلاستيك - نايلون) وعلاقاتها بمتغيرات البحث وهي طرق تركيب وحياكة السوستة وهي (الطريقة المكشوفة والطريقة المخفية بشفة واحدة والمخفية بشفتين والطريقة ذات المرد والسحرية) وتمت حياكة عينات البحث باستخدام قماش الكريب وذلك لأنه من الأقمشة التي تحتاج إلى عناية خاصة أثناء حياكتها. واشتملت أدوات البحث على الأجهزة الخاصة بالاختبارات المعملية للخواص الطبيعية والميكانيكية للأقمشة والجهاز الخاص بقياس متانة شد محبس السوستة والجهاز الخاص بقياس قوة الشد والاستطالة للحياكة بعد تركيب السوستة على قماش الكريب. وتوصل البحث إلى أن أفضل متانة لقوة محبس السوستة كان للنايلون ثم المعدن والعظم وكان البلاستيك في المرتبة الأخيرة بينما جاءت أفضل نتائج لاختبار قوة الشد والاستطالة لطرق تركيب وحياكة السوستة بالمرد للمعدن والنايلون ثم السوستة البلاستيك بشفتين ثم النايلون بشفة واحدة وفي المرتبة الأخيرة جاءت السوستة البلاستيك بطريقة التركيب المرد. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the different materials of the zippers on the durability of the zippers and the identification of the types of zippers and their impact on the quality of the clothing product To achieve the best quality standards to determine the most appropriate in terms of type of zipper material and its installation. The research sample consisted of four different types of zippers according to type of material (metal – plastic molded – plastic coil– nylon coil) And its relations with the search variables are the methods of installation and knitting of the zippers (the visible method and the invisible method in one lip and invisible in two lips and the method with the fly piece and the invisible) The research samples were woven using crepe fabric and that because it is one of the fabric that needs special attention during the sewing. The research tools included laboratory tests for the natural and mechanical properties of the fabrics and the device for measuring the durability of tightening the zipper lock and the device for measuring the strength of tensile and elongation of knitting after the installation of zippers on the canvas crepe. The research found that the best strength for the strength of the zipper lock was for nylon coil, metal, plastic molded and the plastic was in the last place, while the best results were for testing the tensile strength and elongation of the methods of Installation and sewing of zipper's fly the metal and nylon then the plastic zippers with two lips and then the nylon zippers with one lip and the last The plastic zippers came in the method of installation fly. |
