المستخلص:	الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وآله وصحبه وسلّم، أما بعد، ففي الدراسات العليا لأكثر الجامعات والكليات الشرعية في قسم الحديث النبوي؛ تدرس مادتي "شرح الحديث التحليلي" و"شرح الحديث الموضوعي"، وهما مادتان نافعتان للإسهام بحركة علمية تجمع بين التراث الأصيل والعلم المعاصر، ومادة الحديث التحليلي أوسع وأعمق من الأخرى. ومن خلال تدريسي لهذه المادة قد رأيت أكثر الطلاب يجدون صعوبة بل صعوبات تجاه المحتوى العلمي والعملي في الفهم، فأحصيت أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه الطلاب، والتي أرى في رصدها ومناقشتها وحلها حَلا لأكثر صعوبات الحديث الموضوعي، وهذه معالم البحث: 1) معنى شرح الحديث التحليلي: هذا الاصطلاح المركب لكل كلمة منه مدلولها اللغوي والاصطلاحي الذي يعين كل معنى فيه صياغة هذا الفن الذي يدل على فنه الأصيل، ومعناه الاصطلاحي فهو بتعريفي: "إقامة الدراسة المستوفية باستخدام العلوم الخادمة في بيان حديث واحد رواية ودراية". أو "هو الحديث الواحد الذي أقيم فيه الجهد الواسع باستخدام جميع العلوم الخادمة لبيانه رواية ودراية". وقد ناقشت عدة تعريفات أخرى في بابه. 2) العلاقة بين الحديث التحليلي والموضوعي: هي أن الحديث الموضوعي غايته معنى يسعى فيه الباحث لملمته من نصوص حديثية وسبرها بدقة للوصول إلى ذلك المعنى، لكنه يحتاج ما عند الحديث التحليلي من مسائل الرواية والدراية والذي فيه عموم التناول لحديث بعينه في تفصيله وبيانه إسنادا ومتنا بواسطة علوم الآلة والمصادر الخادمة والمتنوعة وذلك ليس شرطا في الحديث الموضوعي؛ إذ لا يهتم الأخير إلا فيما يحقق غايته في فكرة موضوعية محددة، ولعل العلاقة بينهما عموم وخصوص مطلق. 3) المشكلات لغة هي: جمع مشكلة، وهي الملتبسة، والأمر المشكل هو ما أشكل أمره، وحل المشكلة: هو فكها وتخليصها مما يلتبس بها. والمعني بها في هذا البحث هي: تلك الأمور التي طرأت على مادة شرح الحديث التحليلي في معناها وما يتصل بها في تطبيقاتها لدى المختصين والدارسين. 4) المشكلات المرصودة في البحث، هي: 1 قلة الإلمام، والقصور العلمي العام الذي يعود إلى أمرين رئيسين: الأول: الضعف العلمي العام. والثاني: ضعف التأليف بين معلومات المادة العلمية البحثية وتدوينها. 2-غياب شخصية الباحث. 3-الملكة البحثية 4-عدم الموضوعية 5-التوسع غير المحمود 6-محدودية المصادر 7-ضعف التعامل مع المصادر 8-اختلال المنهج في سائر البحث أو في مواطن. وضُربت لهذه المشكلات الأمثلة وأُعطيت لها الحلول في موضعها. 5) أبان الباحث الطريقة المثالية لشرح الحديث التحليلي بمطلبين (في المبحث الثالث ( الأول: المراحل الأساسية التي يعتمد عليها الدراس في تحليل الإسناد، والثاني: المحاور الأساسية التي يعتمد عليها الباحث في تحليل المتن. 6) لما كان الدارس بعد معرفته لمشكلاته ككاتب في الحديث التحليلي وتعرفه للطريقة المثالية للبحث فقد يغفل عن أمور أخرى يحتاج للتنبه لها؛ لذا ذكرتُ في آخر البحث تنبيهات يحتاج إليها الدارس. 7) قيمة البحث العلمي في هذا البحث بشكل عام هي رصد مشكلات وحلها في جانب مهم يعد أوسع أبوب الحديث تأليفا؛ لشموله وتطبيقاته الحديثية وسعة مصادره مع تنوعها الواسع وهو يسهم في باب من الصناعة الحديثية الجامعة بين النظرية والتطبيق من غير اختلال، واستهداف البحث لشريحة طلاب الدراسات العليا دون غيرهم قصدا؛ لأنهم يخوضون في أشمل علوم الحديث - تأليفا بمعرفة سطحية وقصور أورث لهم عوائق الإخراج والأبداع وهم يجدون - ما كُتب في الفن نظريات دونها معاصرون بجهد مشكور غير أنهم لم يراعوا واقع عمل الطلاب الذين تشتهر بينهم المادة أكثر من غيرهم في أوساط أهل الحديث في زمننا. 2)Praise be to Allaah and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family and companions., but after, in the graduate studies of the most universities and faculties sharia in the Department of Hadith al-Nabawi, she studies the articles "Explaining the Analytical Hadith" and "Explaining the Objective Hadith", which are useful for contributing to a scientific movement combining heritage Authentic and contemporary science, the material of analytical al-Hadith is broader and deeper than the other. By teaching this subject I have seen the most difficult students and even difficulties towards scientific and practical content in understanding, I counted the most prominent problems facing students and in monitoring, discussing and solving them I see that the most difficults of objective Hadith are solved, and these are the landmarks of the research: 3)The meaning of the explanation of the analytical hadith: this complex term for each word has its linguistic and conventional meaning, in which each meaning defines the formulation of this complex meaning, which indicates its original art, and its conventional meaning is by definition: "The establishment of the study that is completed - as much as human energy - the service of science for one Hadith narration and knowledgeable". Or "is the one Hadith in which the vast effort was made using all the sciences of the servant to show a narration and knowledgeable". Several other definitions have been discussed in its section. 4)The relationship between analytical and objective Hadith: is that objective Hadith is a meaning in which the researcher seeks to collect it from Hadith texts accurately to reach that meaning, but he needs what when the analytical Hadith of the issues of the narration and knowledgeable that explained in a Hadith under the order of objective Hadith, and the Hadith is to be analyzed according to the general view of a particular Hadith in its detail and its evidence in chain of transmission and the text accordance with the means of machine science and the various and varied sources, which is not a condition in objective Hadith if it is interested only in achieving its purpose in a specific objective idea, hence the need for objective Hadith for analytical Hadith greater and broader than the other way around; We said that there must be a need for analytical Hadith in one or more parts of what the analytical Hadith is engaged in in its many issues, narration and knowledgeable, so we can say that the relationship between them is general and private, and Allaah knows . 5)The language problems are: summation a problem, which is ambiguous, and the problem is what constitutes it, and the solution of the problem: to remove it and rid it of what is confused with it. Al-Jarjani said: "The problem is that it is only with reflection after the request." What is relevant in this research are: those that have occurred in the subject of the explanation of the analytical Hadith in its meaning and related in its applications to specialists and learners. 6)The problems observed in the research are: 1- Knowledge and the faculty of research, and the general scientific deficiency that is due to two main things: the first: general scientific weakness, and the second: the weakness of the synthesis between the information of the scientific research material and its codification. 2- The absence of the personality of the researcher, including 3- lack of objectivity equity 4 - unwelcome expansion 5 - Limited sources 6- Dealing with sources 7- The misdevelopment of the curriculum in the rest of the research or in some of it. These are seven problems discussed in the research, for which examples have been given and solutions given. 7)The researcher showed the ideal way to explain the analytical Hadith with two demands: the first: is the basic stages on which the study depends in the analysis of attribution, and the second: the basic axes on which the researcher depends in the analysis of the text 8)Since the learner, after learning about his problems as a writer of analytical Hadith and knowing the ideal way to search, may overlook other things he needs to be aware of, so I mentioned in the latest research the alerts the student needs. 9)The value of scientific research in this research in general is to monitor problems and solve them in an important aspect that is the most comprehensive Hadith author, because of its comprehensiveness and Hadith applications and the breadth of its sources with its wide diversity and it contributes to a section of the Hadith making combining theory and application without imbalance, and targeting research for a segment of students Graduate studies without others, because they are engaged in the most comprehensive Hadith sciences written by superficial knowledge and shortcomings inherited for them the obstacles of output and creativity and they find what was written in the art counterparts without them contemporary with a commendable effort, but did not take into account the reality of the work of the students who are most famous in the Al Hadith people (Ahl al Hadith) That's our time .
