| المستخلص: | التبين والتثبيت في القرآن، من خلال آيتي النساء والحجرات، ويتكون من تمهيد وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة تمهيد في أهمية التبين في القرآن، المبحث الأول: عن معني التبين وفيه المطلب الأول عن معني التبين في اللغة والاصطلاح، والثاني: ورود (تبينوا) في القرآن، والثالث: في دلالة صيغة الأمر في (تبينوا)، المبحث الثاني عن سبب نزول آيتي (وتبينوا) في آية النساء وآية الحجرات، المبحث الثالث: عن الحادثتين وأثرهما، وفيه مطلبان، المطلب الأول: حادثة محلم بن جثامة وأثرها، والثاني: حادثة الوليد بن عقبة بن أبي معيط وأثرها، المبحث الرابع: أهم الدروس المستفادة وفيه مطالب، المطلب الأول: عن خطورة الاشاعة، والثاني: حفظ الأرواح وصيانة الأعراض، والثالث: حفظ حقوق الأفراد والجماعات، المبحث الخامس: في أسباب عدم التبين وآثارها، وفي مطلبان، المطلب الأول: في أسباب ودوافع عدم التبين، والثاني: آثار عدم التبين، خاتمة وتتضمن أهم النتائج والتوصيات. Identification and confirmation in the Qur’an، through the verses of women and rooms، and it consists of a preamble and four topics and a preliminary conclusion on the importance of identification in the Qur’an، the first topic: on the meaning of identification and in it the first requirement on the meaning of identification in language and convention، and the second: roses (identified) in the Qur’an، and the third In the significance of the formula of the matter in (they showed)، the second topic on the reason for the descent of Ayti (and they found) in the verse of women and the verse of rooms، the third topic: on the two incidents and their impact، and has two requirements، The first requirement: the incident between the dreamer and the impact of Gethumah، and the second: the incident of Al-Waleed bin Uqba ibn Abi Mu’ait and its impact، the fourth topic: the most important lessons learned and demands، the first demand: on the seriousness of the rumor، and the second: saving lives and maintaining symptoms، and the third: preserving the rights of individuals and groups، The fifth topic: On the reasons for the lack of identification and their effects، and it has two requirements، the first requirement: in the causes and motives of lack of identification، and the second: the effects of lack of identification، a conclusion and includes the most important findings and recommendations. |
