| المستخلص: | هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة استقرائية للمعايير التي اعتمد عليها الحداثيون في الحكم على الأحاديث قبولا أو ردا من خلال قراءة كتبهم، وتحليل تلك المعايير من الناحية العلمية والمنهجية، وبيان مدى انضباطها وصلاحيتها، ثم مقارنتها بالضوابط التي اعتمدها علماء الحديث في الحكم على الأحاديث، مبينا خصائصها ومميزاتها، وإبراز الفرق بين المنهجين، وبيان أيهما أصلح وأنسب وأدق للاعتماد عليها، لتعطي نتائج متفقة ومحددة وصحيحة، ثم ختمت البحث بأهم النتائج العلمية التي توصلت إليها. This research is an inductive study concerns about the measures on which depends the modernists in their judgment of the Hadiths acceptance or rejection through the reading of theirs books and to analyze those criteria from a scientific and methodological perspective and then to states its validity and organization so compare it with the criteria which is adopted by the hadiths scholars in governing on the hadiths and indicating theirs characteristics and features and to highlight the difference between the two approaches and to state which of them is adequate and appropriate and more accurate to be depended on, in order to give consistent, specific and correct results. So, the research is concluded with the most important scientific findings. |
