| المستخلص: | Praise be to Allaah and peace be upon His chosen servants, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his honorable family and companions. I testify that there is no god but Allah alone who has no partner, and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and messenger.\nOne of the scourges that swept the economy of the Islamic Ummah and made it in a complete recession and extracted from it the blessing is riba, which Allah mentioned in many places and forbade from indulging in it. The Sunnah of the Prophet (Prophet) confirmed this in the many Ahadith, known as the Ahadith of Riba, which we will mention in this research. The prophet (PBUH) in these Ahadith emphasized the inviolability of riba because of its negative effects on Islamic economics. We have previously presented a detailed presentation about the definition of the Islamic economy and its rulings. How is the Islamic economy linked to fiqh dealings, and how is the way to advance the Islamic economy, and how the economic problem becomes a major obstacle to the challenges of advancing the Islamic economy. Therefore, we need to understand Islamic economics and its provisions and then learn about riba and its negative effects in general and its negative effects on the Islamic economy, in particular.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 الحمد لله وسلام على عباده الذين اصطفى، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وأصحابه الكرام الشرفاء، وأشهد ألا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله.\nإن من الآفات التي اجتاحت اقتصاد الأمة الإسلامية وجعلته في ركود تام وانتزعت منه البركة هو الربا الذي ذكره الله في مواضع كثيرة ونهى عنه وكذلك السنة النبوية الشريفة أكدت على ذلك بأحاديث المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم كثيرة هي أحاديث الربا والتي سنذكرها في هذا البحث حيث أكد عليه الصلاة والسلام على حرمة الربا لما فيه من آثار سلبية على الاقتصاد الإسلامي وقبلها أعطينا عرض مبسط لتعريف الاقتصاد الإسلامي وأحكامه. وكيف يرتبط الاقتصاد الإسلامي بالتعاملات الفقهية وما هو السبيل للنهوض بالاقتصاد الإسلامي وكيف تصبح المشكلة الاقتصادية عائق كبير أمام التحديات للنهوض بالاقتصاد الإسلامي فلا بد من معرفة الاقتصاد الإسلامي وأحكامه ومن ثم نتعرف على الربا وآثاره السلبية عامة وعلى الاقتصاد الإسلامي خاصة.\n |
