| 520 | |f In this age, the world is witnessing a huge technical and information explosion, thanks to the energies and talents that God put in human beings, which have worked to change lifestyles dramatically. Talented students are national wealth and an inexhaustible asset in any society and even a factor in its advancement in various fields. By them and through them are invested and developed other types of wealth. Cultural or civilizational work is based mainly on thought and the human effort, accompanied by material wealth, and the most valuable human wealth is due to the energies of the talented. With God's gift of mental superiority and special abilities to understand, apply, guide, lead, and creativity, they are the most capable of human elements to make progress and lead the development, address its obstacles, and solve its problems.\nHence, the role of the school as one of the educational institutions in caring, developing, and creating educational applications on talent, creativity and developing talented abilities in terms of exploring the nature, stages, and components of talent, and the dynamic interaction, understanding the psychological characteristics of gifted people and the associated creative behavior and activities. | 520 | |a يشهد العالم في هذا العصر انفجارا تقنيا ومعلوماتيا بشكل كبير، وهذا بفضل الطاقات والمواهب التي أودعها الله في بني البشر، والتي عملت على تغيير أنماط الحياة بصورة مذهلة، ويعد الطلاب الموهوبون ثروة وطنية وكنزا لا ينضب لدى أي مجتمع، بل وعاملا من عوامل نهضته في مختلف المجالات، فبهم وعن طريقهم يتم استثمار وتطوير الأنواع الأخرى من الثروات، فالعمل الثقافي أو الحضاري يقوم أساسا على الفكر ولجهد البشري، مصحوبا بالثروة المادية، وأثمن ما في الثروة البشرية وأجزلها يعود إلى طاقات الموهوبين، فهم بما وهبهم الله من تفوق عقلي وقدرات خاصة على الفهم والتطبيق والتوجيه والقيادة والإبداع أقدر العناصر البشرية على إحداث التقدم وقيادة التنمية والتصدي لمعوقاتها وحل مشكلاتها.\nومن ثم يتعاظم دور المدرسة كأحد المؤسسات التربوية في رعاية وتطوير واستحداث تطبيقات تربوية حول الموهبة والإبداع وتنمية قدرات الموهوبين من حيث استكشاف طبيعة الموهبة ومراحلها ومكوناتها، وما يحدث بينها من تفاعل دينامي، والتعرف إلى الخصائص النفسية للموهوبين وما يرتبط بها من سلوك وأنشطة إبداعية، أيضا تنمية قدرات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الأطفال والطلاب عن طريق البرامج التعليمية والتدريبية المختلفة باستخدام الأساليب العلمية المحكمة ووضع البرامج الإرشادية والأدلة التي تساعد المعلمين والمربين على تهيئة الظروف الملائمة والمشجعة على التفكير الخلاق.\n | ||
