| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى بناء أنموذج مقترح لإدارة المدارس المستقلة السعودية في ضوء بعض التجارب العربية والعالمية، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لملائمته في تحقيق أهدافه، وكانت أهم نتائج البحث بناء أنموذج مقترح لإدارة المدارس المستقلة السعودية يتضمن: أهداف الأنموذج المقترح، ومنطلقاته، ومراحله، ومن أهم توصيات البحث: تبني الأنموذج المقترح لإدارة المدارس المستقلة في المملكة العربية السعودية، إنشاء مركز بكليات التربية في الجامعات السعودية لزيادة كفاءة وفعالية إدارة المدارس المستقلة وتميزها التربوي، قياس قدرات خريجي المدارس المستقلة مقارنة بالمدارس الحكومية التقليدية تحت إشراف إدارة التعليم. The objective of the research is to build a proposed model for the management of independent Saudi schools in the light of some Arab and international experiences. The research used descriptive analytical methods to suit its objectives. The most important results of the research were the construction of a proposed model for the management of Independent Saudi includes: The objectives of the proposed model, its starting points and stages Among the most important recommendations of the research is to adopt the proposed model for the management of independent schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, establish a center in the faculties of education in Saudi universities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of independent schools' management and educational excellence, measure the capabilities of independent school graduates compared to traditional government schools under the supervision of Education Department. |
