| المستخلص: | The study aimed to identify the Psychological Burnout among handball referees.\nThe study sample consisted of (20) referees, who were chosen intentionally (according to arbitration degree, professional experience) at the Regional Handball Championship in Constantine.\nThe researcher used the psychological burnout scale as a research tool. Post ascertaining the validity and reliability of the research instrument, the data were processed statistically using (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient). The researcher concluded:\n- There are significant differences in the phenomenon of psychological burnout between football referees, according to the arbitration degree variable.\n- There are significant differences in the phenomenon of psychological burnout between football referees according to the professional experience variable.\nThe researcher recommended:\n- Preparing the referees psychologically to lead the games well.\n- Conducting similar studies on other sports referees.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 L'étude visait à identifier la combustion psychologique des arbitres de handball, et l'échantillon de recherche a consisté en (20) ont été condamnés de manière intentionnelle choisie (par voie d'arbitrage de classe, expérience professionnelle) dans l'État Championnat de handball régional de Constantine.\nLe chercheur a utilisé l'échelle de combustion psychologique comme outil de recherche, et après s'être assuré de la sincérité de l'outil de recherche et de la stabilité, ont été traités statistiquement en utilisant (moyenne arithmétique, écart-type, coefficient de corrélation)\nLe chercheur a conclu:\n- Il existe des différences importantes dans le phénomène d'épuisement professionnel chez les arbitres de football différences selon la variable d'arbitrage de classe.\n- Il existe des différences importantes dans le phénomène d'épuisement professionnel chez les arbitres de football des différences en fonction variable d'expérience professionnelle\nLe chercheur recommande:\n- la préparation des numéros arbitres psychologiquement pour la direction des jeux bien.\nmener des recherches similaires sur d'autres arbitres sportifs\n هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاحتراق النفسي لدى حكام كرة اليد، وتكونت عينة البحث من (20) حكما تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية (حسب الدرجة التحكيمية، الخبرة المهنية) في البطولة الجهوية لكرة اليد بولاية قسنطينة.\nاستخدم الباحث مقياس الاحتراق النفسي كأداة للبحث وبعد التأكد من صدق أداة البحث وثباتها، تمت المعالجة إحصائيا باستخدام (الوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط).\nواستنج الباحث:\n- هناك فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في ظاهرة الاحتراق النفسي بين حكام كرة القدم وفق متغير الدرجة التحكيمية.\n- هناك فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في ظاهرة الاحتراق النفسي بين حكام كرة القدم وفق متغير الخبرة المهنية.\nووصى الباحث:\n- إعداد الحكام إعدادا نفسيا من أجل قيادة المباريات جيدا.\n- إجراء بحوث مشابهة على حكام رياضات أخرى.\n |
