| المستخلص: | شكلت الجزائر، اعتبارا لموقعها الجغرافي، وامتدادها الطبيعي ودورها الجيو سياسي عبر تاريخها الطويل محل أطماع الكثير من القوى الاستعمارية إما مباشرة، أو من خلال محاولات يائسة لإثارة الفتن وتأليب النعرات. وقد استمات علماء الجزائر من خلال تراثهم الفقهي ومنهجهم الفكري، في تكريس قيم المواطنة والدفاع عن الهوية الإسلامية الجزائرية المعتدلة، فكانوا يحرصون أشد الحرص، على أن لا يمكنوا لعدوهم من أن يحتويهم، أو أن يصهرهم في بوتقته الخاصة به، فيسعون دائما إلى أن يكون لهم طابعهم المستقل، ومنهجهم المتميز. ويذكر لنا التاريخ الجزائري نماذج كثيرة وعظيمة على التمسك والاعتزاز والفخر الكبير، الذي كان يحمله الجزائريون لوطنهم، ومبادئهم وقيمهم التي رباهم عليها الإسلام. بفعل ذلك التراث الفقهي المتميز والدور الفعال الذي كانت تلعبه النخب الدينية، في غرس قيم المواطنة في نفوس الجزائريين من خلال مدارسها القرآنية والفقهية المتنوعة وزواياها الصوفية المتجذرة. ويعتبر إقليم وهران بحواضره المتعددة من أبرز الأقاليم الفاعلة في تجسيد الهوية وقيم المواطنة من خلال الحركة الصوفية الرباطية الملازمة للحركة الفقهية التنويرية الملتفة حول قيم حب الوطن والذود عنه والقيام على ثغوره. خاصة بعد سقوط الأندلس وما لحقه من هجرة الأندلسيين إلى المغرب الإسلامي. وعليه نحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة المتواضعة تسليط الضوء على النخب الصوفية، ونماذج من أعلام المدارس الفقهية، التي نقلها لنا التراث الفقهي بإقليم وهران، وإبراز دورهم الفعال في تكريس قيم المواطنة والدفاع عن الوطن وحمايته. In consideration of its geographical location, its natural extension and its geopolitical role throughout the long history, Algeria formed the ambitions of many colonial powers either directly, or through desperate attempts to stir sedition and stir up strife. Through their juristic heritage and intellectual approach, Algerian scholars have sought to perpetuate the values of citizenship and defend the moderate Islamic identity of Algeria, so they took great care, not to enable their enemy to contain them, or to melt them in their own container, and they always seek to have them. Their independent character, and distinct approach. Algerian history reminds us of many great examples of adherence, pride and great pride that the Algerians were carrying to their homeland, and the principles and values that Islam brought them up. In doing so, the distinctive juristic heritage and the effective role that religious elites were playing in instilling the values of citizenship in the hearts of Algerians through its diverse Quranic and juristic schools and its rooted mystical corners. The inherent of the enlightened juristic movement wrapped around the values of loving the country, defending it and building its gaps, especially after the fall of Andalusia and the subsequent migration of Andalusians to the Islamic Maghreb. Accordingly, we are trying, through this modest intervention, to shed light on the Sufi elites and examples of the flags of the schools of jurisprudence, which were conveyed to us by the juristic heritage in the region of Oran, and to highlight their effective role in perpetuating the values of citizenship and the defense and protection of the country. |
