| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على السمات الشخصية للمدربين المؤثرة في بعض المهارات النفسية للاعبي كرة القدم استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وتم استخدام مقياس المهارات النفسية ومقياس سمات الشخصية للمدرب الرياضي، اشتملت عينة البحث على 91 لاعب من لاعبي كرة القدم تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 18 إلى 23 سنة يمثلون بعض نوادي محافظة الإسكندرية، تم تطبيق الدراسة الاستطلاعية على 18 لاعب في حين أجريت الدراسة الأساسية على 73 لاعب، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود معاملات ارتباط بين السمات الشخصية للمدرب والمهارات النفسية للاعبي كرة القدم، وأن السمات الشخصية للمدرب الرياضي (غير ذكي اجتماعيا، لا يتحمل المسئولية، متعاطف، غير طموح) يسهموا في مهارة (القدرة على التصور)، كما أن السمات الشخصية للمدرب الرياضي (متفائل، متعاطف) يسهموا في مهارة (القدرة على الاسترخاء)، في حين أن السمات الشخصية للمدرب الرياضي (ثابت انفعاليا، غير ذكي اجتماعيا، لا يتحمل المسئولية، متعاطف، قيادي) يسهموا في مهارة (القدرة على تركيز الانتباه) ويوصى الباحث بضرورة اهتمام المدرب الرياضي والأخصائي النفسي الرياضي بالمتابعة الدورية لمستوى المهارات النفسية للاعبين للوقوف على نواحي القوة والضعف لدى اللاعبين، وضع برامج للمهارات النفسية وللاعبين وفقا لنسب المساهمة للسمات الشخصية لمدربيهم، وأجراء دراسات وبحوث للتعرف على علاقة السمات الشخصية للمدرب ببعض السمات النفسية والقدرات العقلية والمهارية والخططية الأخرى. The research aims to identify the personality traits of trainers influential in some psychological skills of football players researcher used descriptive survey manner, was the use of psychological skills Scale and personal attributes to coach sports, included a sample search on 91 player of the soccer players between the ages of 18 to 23 years representing some of the Alexandria Governorate clubs, was exploratory 18 player study the application, while the basic study was conducted on 73 player, and found the results to the presence of correlation coefficients between the personal characteristics of the coach and mental skills of Soccer players, and the personal characteristics of the coach sports (non-intelligent socially, does not assume responsibility, sympathetic, non-ambitious) contribute to the skill (the ability to perception), and the personal characteristics of the coach sports (optimistic, sympathetic) contribute to the skill (ability to relax), while the personal characteristics of the coach sports (fixed emotionally, is intelligent socially, do not take responsibility, sympathetic, leadership) contribute to the skill (the ability to focus attention) is recommended researcher concentration attention of the trainer and sports psychologist sports continue rotating to the level of psychological skills to the players to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the players, the development of programs for mental skills and the players according to the proportions contribution of personality traits to their coaches, and conduct research and studies to identify the relationship of the personal characteristics of the coach some psychological traits and mental skills and tactical and other capacity. |
