| المستخلص: | إن الاهتمام المتزايد بالمعاملات المالية جعل الحاجة ماسة لدراسة الأحكام المستجدة في الواقع، وعرضها وفق القواعد الشرعية، ومعرفة مدى مناسبة تلك النظم للشريعة الإسلامية ومدى مخالفتها لها. وبسبب تنوع طرق تمويل الحسابات الجارية المدينة، وحاجة الشركات إلى الحساب الجاري المدين لخدمة أغراضها التجارية، أضحت الحاجة ماسة إلى دراسة الموضوع، والبحث عن التكييف الشرعي المناسب له. لذلك شمر الباحث عن سواعد الجد لإعداد بحث عن هذا الموضوع الهام تحت عنوان (تمويل الحساب الجاري المدين بالمضاربة دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية). ويشتمل البحث على: مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: حقيقة تمويل الحساب الجاري المدين بالمضاربة، والمبحث الثاني: أحكام تمويل الحساب الجاري المدين بالمضاربة، والمبحث الثالث: تطبيقات تمويل الحساب الجاري المدين بالمضاربة. وخاتمة: تتضمن أهم نتائج البحث. The increasing interest in financial transactions has made it imperative to study the emerging judgments in daily life, to present them according to the Shariah rules, and to know the extent to which these systems are suitable for Islamic law and the extent to which they violate them. Moreover, due to the variety of methods of financing current debit accounts, and the companies' need to owe a current account to serve their commercial purposes, we urgently need to study the topic at hand and search for the appropriate legal adaptation to it. Therefore, the researcher took it upon himself to prepare a research on this important topic under the title (Finance of the debit current account by speculation- applied fundamental study). The research includes: Introduction, and three topics: The first topic: the truth of financing the debit current account by speculation, and the second topic: the judgments of financing the debit current account by speculation, and the third topic: applications of financing the debit current account by speculation. Conclusion: includes the most important search results. |
