| المستخلص: | تسعى المؤسسات التربوية في الوقت الراهن إلى التكيف مع الإحداث والتطورات المتلاحقة العالمية والمحلية المعقدة والمتشابكة، وعليها أن تكون قادرة على مواجهة واحتواء تلك التحديات وتتعايش معها، وهي في سبيلها إلى تحقيق ذلك لابد وأن تعتمد على الموارد البشرية ولا يمكن للعاملين أن يشاركوا مشاركة بناءه في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة دون أن يشعروا بدعم المؤسسة لهم حتى يتمكنوا من مبادلتها بدعمهم لها عن طريق بذل قصارى جهدهم لتحقيق أهدافها. مما أوجب على المؤسسات التربوية ضرورة التصدي لتلك التحديات بكافة السبل والطرق ولكي يتم تحقيق ذلك فإنه على المؤسسة ممثلة في إدارتها القيام بالعديد من الأنشطة المخططة الهادفة إلى تقديم الدعم الإداري (المادي والنفسي والاجتماعي للعالميين بما يعكس حرصها على مواردها البشرية واهتمامها بتحقيق حاجاتهم ودوافعهم مما يجعل يخلق الولاء اتجاه تلك المؤسسة. والمؤسسات التربوية من المؤسسات الهامة جدا في المجتمع كونها تتعامل مع أكثر الفئات المجتمعية ذات القوة والأهمية وهي فئة الشباب من أجل بناءها وتحصينها لمواجهة ما قد تتعرض له من تيارات هدامة. هدف البحث: التعرف على مفهوم الدعم الإداري، أهمية الدعم الإداري داخل المؤسسات التربوية للعاملين، الولاء التنظيمي، الدعم وعلاقته بالولاء التنظيمي. تضمن البحث مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات ومنها: الدعم الإداري ضرورة حتمية في إي مؤسسة ولاسيما المؤسسات التربوية فمن خلاله يتم رضا العاملين وتحقيق احتياجاتهم.
