| المستخلص: | أدى التقدم السريع في المعرفة الإنسانية وتنظيم ميادين جديدة للدراسة إلى ضرورة أن تكون تربية المستقبل في مدرسة جديدة فتربية المستقبل تعني القدرة على الاستفادة من كل التقدم والتطور الحادث في مجالات التعلم فأسلوب التعليم التقليدي في المدرسة أصبح غير مرغوب فيه مما اقتضت الحاجة أن تكون المدرسة قادرة على تلبية احتياجات المجتمع وان تساير التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة كون التكنولوجيا أصبحت الأساس لتطوير التعليم والذي يهدف إلى خلق مجتمع متكامل ومتجانس من الطلبة وأولياء الأمور والمدرسين والمدرسة.\nفما تعانيه الكثير من المدارس اليوم من مشكلات وسلبيات نتيجة عدم إمكانية الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا وتوظيفها بالشكل الصحيح وبالذات داخل غرفة الصف الحد من هدر الوقت وإدارته وتعويضه الضائع منه بما يتناسب مع ما يمتلكه المعلمين، أصبح اليوم يشكل عائقا أمام الطموحات التنموية والإصلاحية بل بات عبئا لم يكن بالإمكان تحمل تكاليفه وتبعاته ولهذا كان من المناسب بناء مدارس عصرية متمكنة تعتمد نظاما حديثا يختلف عن النظام التقليدي. لذا تعد التنمية المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس حجر الأساس في التطوير، وتأتي تنمية المجالات الأخرى بعدها. فكلما كان العنصر البشري ملما بكل ما يدور حوله من تفاصيل كان أكثر تفاعلا، فلا بد أن نؤمن بأن المستقبل التربوي يكون مغايرا لصورة الواقع الذي تعيشه التربية اليوم.\nوالتنمية المهنية لعضو هيئة التدريس تعني الجهود التي تأتي قصدا حيث تقوم فيها المدرسة أو غيرها من المؤسسات المهنية لتنمية عضو هيئة التدريس مهنيا بما يمكنه من تحقيق الانسجام والتوافق ما بين الجميع لذا وجدت في التنمية المهنية وسيلة لتسليط الضوء على أهمية تكنولوجيا إدارة الصف وكيفية إدارته بالشكل الصحيح كونه هو أساس ترجمة الأهداف.\n The rapid progress in human knowledge and new fields of study have led to the need for future education to be in a new school. Future education means the ability to take advantage of all the progress and development that has occurred in the fields of learning. The traditional style of education in school has become undesirable. This necessitated that the school must be able to meet the needs of society and keep pace with modern technological developments. Technology has become the basis for the development of education, aiming to create an integrated and harmonious society comprising students, parents, teachers, and school.\nMany schools' problems and disadvantages today as a result of the lack of access to technology and employing it properly, especially in the classroom, to reduce the waste of time and manage it and compensate it in proportion to what teachers possess, has become, today, an impediment to developmental and reformative ambitions. It has become a burden that could not afford its costs and consequences. Therefore, it was appropriate to build modern, capable schools with a modern system different from the traditional one. Accordingly, the professional development of faculty members is the cornerstone of development, and the development of other fields follows. Whenever the human element was familiar with all the details around him, he was more interactive; therefore, we must believe that the future of education is different from today's reality.\nThe faculty member's professional development means efforts that come intentionally where the school or other professional institutions develop the faculty member professionally so that it can achieve harmony and compatibility among all.
