| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة توافر أبعاد نظرية ردن لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة وعلاقتها بالسلوك الإبداعي للمعلمين في محافظة مسقط بسلطنة عمان، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (500) معلم ومعلمة. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر أبعاد نظرية ردن لدي مديري المدارس الخاصة في محافظة مسقط بسلطنة عمان بالنسبة لأبعاد الدراسة ككل كانت ضمن الدرجة المتوسطة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضا أن درجة توافر السلوك الإبداعي لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة في محافظة مسقط بسلطنة عمان بالنسبة لأبعاد الدراسة ككل كانت ضمن الدرجة المتوسطة، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين درجة توافر أبعاد نظرية ردن لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة والسلوك الإبداعي للمعلمين في محافظة مسقط بسلطنة عمان. | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of the study is to identify The Degree of availability of the dimensions of the theory of Redden at the principals of private schools and its relationship to the creative behavior of teachers in the Governorate of Muscat, Oman, and used questionnaire which was applied on a sample of (500) teachers. The results of the study were found that the degree of availability of the dimensions of the theory of Redden at the principals was medium generally, and the results also showed the degree of availability of creative behavior among teachers was medium degree, As The results of the study found a positive relationship between the degree of availability of the dimensions of the theory of Reddin at the principals of private schools and the creative behavior of teachers in the Governorate of Muscat, Oman. | ||
