| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس العمانيين في كليات العلوم التطبيقية في سلطنة عمان من وجهة نظرهم. اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي، فبعد أن تمت دراسة وتحليل الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، وبهدف الإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (30) فقرة موزعة على (3) مجالات، والتي تم إعدادها وفقا للمنهجية العلمية في إعداد الاستبانات. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود درجة احتياجات تدريبية كبيرة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات العلوم التطبيقية في جميع مجالات الدراسة وهي التدريس ومهاراته وأساليبه، والوسائط التعليمية ومصادر التعلم، والتقييم وأساليبه، وكان ترتيب الاحتياجات تنازليا كالتالي: التقييم وأساليبه، الوسائط التعليمية ومصادر التعلم، التدريس ومهاراته وأساليبه. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات، ومن أبرزها إعداد سياسة ونظام للتنمية المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على جميع مجالات الدراسة لما لها من درجة احتياج كبيرة لديهم. The study aimed to identify the training needs of Omani faculty members in the Colleges of Applied Sciences in the Sultanate of Oman from their point of view. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach, after having studied and analyzed the theoretical framework and previous studies related to the subject of the study, and in order to answer the study questions, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs distributed over (3) areas, which were prepared according to the scientific methodology in the preparation of questionnaires. The results of the study showed that there is a great degree of training needs among the faculty members in the Colleges of Applied Sciences in all areas of study namely teaching, skills and methods, educational media and learning resources, evaluation and methods. The order of needs was descending as follows: evaluation and methods, educational media and learning resources, teaching and skills and methods.. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher presented some recommendations, most notably the preparation of a policy and a system for the professional development of faculty members, and the training of faculty members in all areas of study because of the degree of great need for them. |
