| المستخلص: | أصبح الاهتمام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية الشغل الشاغل لمنظمات الأعمال في كافة البلدان النامية منها والمتقدمة وذلك لتأثيرها المباشر وغير المباشر على أعمال المؤسسة وفاعليتها، وأصبحت من أكبر التحديات التي تواجه المسيرين وبدأت المؤسسات بمطالبة تطبيق الحوكمة من أجل تحقيق المسؤولية تجاه أصحاب المصالح، ومن ثم الالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه مجتمعاتها، حيث تتصف الحوكمة بعدة مميزات ومن بينها المسؤولية الاجتماعية، حيث تعمل الحوكمة على جعل المؤسسات مسؤولة على القيام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية ولحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة من أجل تحقيق البقاء والتطور في ظل البيئة الاقتصادية الحالية، فعلى المؤسسات أن تتفاعل مع التوجهات الاجتماعية والبيئية التي غيرت من ظروف النشاط على مستوى جميع الأسواق وفرضت ظروف تنافسية جديدة.\nومن خلال كل هذه الاعتبارات جاءت مداخلتنا هذه لتسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه المسؤولية الأخلاقية الاجتماعية في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات من خلال طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:\n- ما هو دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية الأخلاقية في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات؟ Attention, la responsabilité sociale est devenue la principale préoccupation des organisations d'affaires dans tous les pays, développés et en développement, et que leur impact direct\nEt entreprise commerciale indirecte et son efficacité, et est devenu l'un des plus grands défis auxquels sont confrontés les gestionnaires et les institutions ont commencé à exiger l'application de la gouvernance d'entreprise Afin d'atteindre la responsabilité envers les parties prenantes, et engagement envers la responsabilité sociale envers leurs communautés, où la gouvernance est caractérisée par plusieurs caractéristiques compris la responsabilité sociale, le travail pour rendre les institutions responsables de la gouvernance pour mener à bien la responsabilité sociale et de maintenir Un environnement propre pour survivre et se développer dans l'environnement économique actuel, pour les institutions d'interagir avec les tendances sociales et environnementales Il a changé les conditions d'activité sur tous les marchés et a imposé de nouvelles conditions de concurrence. \nGrâce à toutes ces considérations viennent notre intervention ce pour souligner le rôle joué par la responsabilité sociale et morale dans l'activation de la gouvernance d'entreprise en introduisant la principale question suivante:\n- Quel est le rôle de la responsabilité sociale dans l'activation de la gouvernance d'entreprise éthique? Concern towards social responsibility has become a major concern for business organizations in all developing and developed countries because of their direct and indirect impact on the work of the enterprise and its effectiveness. It has become one of the biggest challenges the leaders face. Enterprises have begun to demand governance to achieve responsibility towards stakeholders, and thus to commit to social responsibility towards their communities. Governance has several advantages, including social responsibility. It makes enterprises responsible for carrying social responsibility and for maintaining a clean environment to survive and develop in the current economic environment. Institutions must interact with social and environmental trends that have changed the conditions of activity across all markets and imposed new competitive conditions.\nThrough all these considerations, this study highlighted the role that social, ethical responsibility plays in activating corporate governance by asking the following key question:\n- What is the role of ethical, social responsibility in activating corporate governance?\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
