| المستخلص: | موضوع هذا البحث هو (مرونة الصيغ الصرفية العربي في الاستجابة لمتطلبات العصر مع نموذج تطبيقي) حيث يوضح هذا البحث خاصية مميزة للغة العربية وهى القدرة على استيعاب مستحدثات العصر ومواكبة التقدم من خلال نظام بناء ها الذي يسمح لها ذلك بعكس ما قد يقال ضد ذلك ولإثبات ذلك درس البحث إحدى الصيغ الصرفية العربية وهى صيغة (فعللة)، وهى صيغة صرفية مرنة في توليد المفردات الحديثة والمعاصرة خاصة مثلها مثل الكثير من الألفاظ العربية وقد وقع عليها الاختيار بالتحديد لكثرة الألفاظ المعاصرة الجديدة التي تأتي على وزنها نتيجة التوليد المستمر للألفاظ اللغوية والتطور المستمر للدلالات؛ حيث يكثر اليوم استعمال كلمات على وزن (فعللة) في لغة التداول المنطوقة والمسموعة المتبادلة بين أفراد المجتمعات العربية شفاهة أو التي تقدم في نشرات الأخبار، وموجز الأنباء، والتعليق على الأخبار، وأقوال الصحف، والأحاديث التلفزيونية وهي تعبر عن إيقاع سريع واستجابة فورية لاحتياجات الجماهير التعبيرية، وهي بهذا تسبق مجامع اللغة وتقود عملية الإبداع وصنع اللغة. وكذلك في اللغة المكتوبة في الصحف والمجلات العربية الواسعة الانتشار مثل الأهرام المصرية، والشرق الأوسط السعودية، وغيرها. والمتتبع الآن للغة المعاصرة- وما يصيب دلالة مفرداتها من تغير مستمر، بالإضافة إلى ما تستحدثه من كلمات جديدة لمسايرة التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي الهائل يجد أن معظمها لم يثبت في المعاجم بعد، رغم وفرة عدد من المعاجم المعاصرة، ولكن يتسم معظمها بالاعتماد الكلي على أعمال السابقين واجترارها عاما بعد عام؛ حيث تكتفي هذه المعاجم بالنقل أو الاختصار أو إعادة الترتيب أحيانا، وهكذا ظل التفكير في جمع ثان لمفردات اللغة العربية المعاصرة، دون مراعاة لكثير من الألفاظ المستحدثة على أوزان عربية سليمة ملبية لاحتياجات الوقت الراهن ومتطلباته الثقافية. ويدرس هذا البحث وزن (فعللة) من حيث صحته وقياسيته ليبين أن الكلمات المتداولة حديثا بكثرة على وزن (فعللة) لا تفقد الصحة اللغوية. ويرفع الحرج عن المعجمية العربية في شكليها المنطوق والمكتوب من استعمال على وزن (فعللة). ويذكر البحث مجموعة من هذه الكلمات كلمات جديدة ومعانيها وبعضها أقره مجمع اللغة العربية بالقاهرة بالإضافة إلى إقراره قياسية وزن (فعللة) عامة وأنه من الأوزان القياسية للمصدر في اللغة العربية. وقد تناول البحث عدة نقاط هي: العربية ووزن (فعللة): تحدث فيه عن صيغة (فعللة) من الناحية الصرفية. والتراثيون ودلالة (فعللة): تحدث فيه عن صيغة (فعللة) من الناحية الدلالية عند علماء العربية مثل: ابن جني، ابن الأثير، والسيوطي، والاستراباذي. ثم تناول البحث (فعللة) في اللغة المعا تحدث عن الشباب وصيغة فعللة، وكثرة الاستعمال لصيغة (فعللة)، والتغير اللغوي وثره في كثرة التوليدات على وزن (فعللة) من الناحية الدلالية والصرفية. وصيغة (فعللة) والمعرب والدخيل. وأسباب انتشار المفردات على وزن (فعللة). وصيغة (فعللة) والصحافة. صيغة (فعللة) والترجمة. ودلالات صيغة (فعللة) في العربية المعاصرة. وأمثلة على وزن (فعللة) في الاستعمال العربي المعاصر. وأمثلة لكلمات أجازها مجمع اللغة العربية بالقاهرة على وزن (فعللة). وانتهى البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج وتوصية، تليها قائمة بمصادر البحث ومراجعه. The subject of this research is (the flexibility of the Arabic morphological formulas in responding to the requirements of the times with an applied model). Research is one of the Arabic morphological formulas, which is a flexible formula in generating modern and contemporary vocabulary, especially like many other Arabic words. Words are often used in spoken and spoken language exchanged among members of Arab communities verbally or presented in news bulletins, news feeds, commentary on news, newspaper quotes, and TV chats expressing a fast rhythm and immediate response For the expression needs of the masses, they precede the synagogues and lead the process of creativity and language-making. As well as in the language written in the newspapers and magazines of widespread Arabic such as the Egyptian Al-Ahram, the Middle East Saudi Arabia, and others. And now traced to the contemporary language - and the significance of the vocabulary of the constant change, in addition to the new words to keep pace with the tremendous scientific and technological progress - finds that most of them have not been proven in dictionaries yet, despite the abundance of a number of contemporary dictionaries, but most of them are entirely dependent on the work of the former These dictionaries are satisfied with the transfer, abbreviation or reordering sometimes.This means that a second collection of contemporary Arabic vocabulary has been contemplated, without taking into account many of the new words on sound Arabic weights that meet the current needs and cultural requirements. This study examines the weight of the verb in terms of its validity and measurement to show that the words frequently spoken on the weight of the verb do not lose language health. The research also mentions a set of these words and their meanings, some of which were endorsed by the Arabic Language Academy in Cairo, in addition to adopting a standard weight (verbale) in general and that it is one of the standard weights of the source in the Arabic language. The research dealt with several points: Arabic and weight (verb): talked about the formula (verb) from the morphological point of view. The heritage and significance (act): It talked about the formula (act) from the semantic point of the Arab scientists such as: Ibn Jni, Ibn al-Atheer, Suyuti, Astrapathi. He then dealt with the (verb) in contemporary language: talked about youth and verb verb, the frequent use of verb (verb), and linguistic change and its impact on the multiplicity of generations on the weight (verb) in terms of semantic and morphological. And the formula (verb) and parser and intruder. And the reasons for the spread of vocabulary on weight (verb). And the formula (verb) and the press. Formula (verb) and translation.
