| 520 | |a يعد الأداء البيئي والسياسات الموضوعة لصالح الاقتصاد الأخضر ذا أهمية يجب تعزيزها لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة المنشودة، من خلال علاقة التفاعل بين الإنسان والاقتصاد والبيئة، وليتحقق ذلك يتطلب التحول الهيكلي للاقتصاد والعمل على تنويعه في القطاعات الرئيسية للقطاع الأخضر، ويعتبر قطاع الطاقة المتجددة من الركائز الأساسية للأداء البيئي وحمايتها من أجل دعم النمو الاقتصادي وتعزيز الابتكار وتقليص الفقر. وتأسيساً على ما سبق تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل أهمية تطوير وتفعيل قطاع الطاقة المتجددة من خلال الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة لأجل اقتصاد أخضر نامي ومتنوع ومستدام وتوضيح مختلف الإنجازات في ذلك. | ||
| 520 | |b Environmental performance and policies designed for the green economy must be promoted to achieve the desired sustainable development, through the relationship between the human, the economy and the environment. In order to achieve that, a structural transformation of the economy is more than required as well as diversifying the economy in the main branches of the green sector. The renewable energy sector is one of the pillars of environmental performance and its protection, for supporting economic growth, promoting innovation, and reducing poverty. Based on what is said, the aim of this paper is to analyze the importance of developing and activating renewable energy sector by exposing the efforts exerted by the State for a diverse and a sustainable green economy, and through clarifying the various achievements in the field. | ||
| 520 | |d La performance environnementale et les politiques en faveur de l’économie verte doivent être renforcées pour parvenir à un développement durable, à travers la relation d’interaction hommeéconomie- environnement. Pour y parvenir, cela nécessite une transformation structurelle de l’économie et sa diversification dans des secteurs clés de l’économie verte. Le secteur des énergies renouvelables est l’un des principaux piliers de la performance environnementale et de la protection de l’environnement afin de soutenir la croissance économique, promouvoir l’innovation et réduire la pauvreté. Sur la base de ce qui précède, le présent document vise à analyser l’importance du développement et de l’activation du secteur des énergies renouvelables à travers les efforts déployés par l’État pour une économie verte, en croissance, diversifiée et durable, en clarifiant les différentes réalisations dans ce domaine. | ||
