| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى معرفة مهارات ما قبل التدريس، ومعرفة آليات صياغة الأهداف وتحليل المحتوى التعليمي، وتنظيم بيئة الفصل، والتخطيط للتدريس وتحديد طرق واستراتيجيات التدريس. وأيضاً هدف إلى معرفة المشكلات التربوية بالفصل المترتبة على عدم تفعيل مهارات ما قبل التدريس، والدخول مباشرة في عملية التدريس. اعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي في جمع أدبيات البحث. وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من طالبات الماجستير – الموازي – قسم المناهج وطرق التدريس العامة للعام الدراسي 1436-1437ه. أما عينة البحث فتكونت من الشعبة الأولى من طالبات الماجستير – الموازي – قسم المناهج وطرق التدريس للعام 1436-1437ه. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: 1. عملية التدريس منظومة تربوية، متميزة الخصائص، مترابطة المراحل، تعمل بصورة متكاملة من أجل تحقيق أهداف تربوية محددة. 2. منظومة التدريس لها عناصر ومكونات أساسية تعتمد عليها في أداء دورها التربوي المنوط بها، وتلك المكونات هي المعلم والمتعلم والمنهج والبيئة التعليمية والتغذية الراجعة. 3. العلاقة بين مكونات منظومة التدريس علاقة تداخلية وتفاعلية وتكاملية بحيث يؤثر كل منها في باقي العناصر الأخرى ويتأثر بها. 4. الأدوار الحديثة في العملية التدريسية لكل من المعلم والمتعلم والمنهج والبيئة التعليمية والتغذية الراجعة. 5. المشكلات والأسباب والحلول المتعلقة بعملية التدريس بالنسبة لكل من: المعلم والمتعلم والمنهج. The aim of the research is to learn the pre-teaching skills, to know the mechanisms of formulation of objectives and the analysis of educational content, to organize the classroom environment, to plan teaching and to identify teaching methods and strategies. As well as a goal to know the problems of education separation of the failure to activate pre-teaching skills, and to enter directly in the process of teaching. The current research was based on the descriptive approach in the collection of research literature. The research community may be from the master's degree students - parallel - Department of Curriculum and General Teaching Methods for the academic year 1436- 1437 AH. The sample of the research consisted of the first division of the students of the Master - Parallel - Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods for the year 1436- 1437 AH The most important results of the research: 1. Teaching process Educational system, distinct characteristics, interrelated stages, working in an integrated manner to achieve specific educational objectives. 2. The teaching system has elements and basic components that depend on it in the performance of its educational role, and those components are the teacher, learner, curriculum, educational environment and feedback. 3. The relationship between the components of the teaching system is interrelated, interactive and integrative, so that each of them affects the rest of the other elements and is influenced by them. 4. Modern roles in the teaching process of the teacher, learner, curriculum, educational environment and feedback. 5. Problems, reasons and solutions related to the teaching process for the teacher, the learner and the curriculum. |
