| المستخلص: | لا يخفى على المتابع لواقعنا اليوم انشار كثير من الأفكار الخبيثة التي تعصف بأمن الوطن واستقراره، وأن هذا يحتاج بصفة مستمرة إلى الدراسات المتخصصة العميقة التي تواكب حاجة المجتمع، وتلبي مطالبه في تأسيس أفراده بفئاتهم جميعاً –خاصة الشباب -على الفكر المستقيم والوطنية الصادقة من غير إفراط ولا تفريط ولا انحراف ولا شذوذ ولا اعوجاج. وقد عُنِيَتْ السُّنةُ النبوية عناية فائقةً بالأوطان ومواطنيها، واهتمت ببيان حقوقها والواجبات نحوها، وذلك حرصًا منها على أمن الأوطان وسلامتها، وحمايتها من الشرور والأخطار الداخلية والخارجية. وقد حفلت السنة المطهرة بالكثير من الأحاديث النبوية التي تظهر اهتمامًا بالغًا برعاية الأوطان وحقوق المواطنة وبنائها على أسس قويمة، وحمايتها من عوامل الانحراف والشبهات التي تعصف بسلامة المجتمع المسلم وأمنه واستقراره، خاصة عند وقوع الأزمات العَقدية والفكرية ومواجهة الأفكار المضلِّلة، وقد جاء هذا البحث ليكشف عن أبرز جوانب هذه المسؤولية الوطنية، وبيان أصولها، وتأييدها بالآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية؛ ليكون حصناً آمناً لشبابنا من الأفكار المنحرفة التي باتت تعمل بجميع الوسائل على اجتيال دينهم، واغتيال وطنيتهم، وتجنيدهم في تحقيق الأهداف الخبيثة للأعداء وأهل الأهواء. وكان السؤال الأبرز الذي يريد البحث الإجابة عنه: ما هي الأمور التي أرشدت إليها والسنة النبوية للوصول بالأوطان والمواطنين إلى درجة عالية من الوعي والمسؤولية؟ وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث: أن السنة النبوية دلت بقوة على أهمية الأوطان في نفوس أهلها، وأنه لا تعارض بين حب الوطن والانتماء إلى الأمة الإسلامية، وأن من حق الوطن على أهله: المشاركة في تخطيطه وتطويره، والحفاظ على المال العام من الضياع، والسعي في استثماره، والإسهام الفاعل والإيجابي في كل ما من شأنه خدمة الوطن ورفعته، وأن السنة النبوية قد اهتمت بالتصدّي لكل أمر يترتب عليه الإخلال بأمن وسلامة الوطن. The incidence of malicious ideas that afflict the national security and stability of the society is well known to all the followers of our present situation. Although, this phenomenon needs continuously to go through some deep specialized studies that fit into the needs of the society and accommodate its demands, which are represented in establishing the individuals of the society in all categories – especially the youth – in accordance to the straight and sincere patriotic ideology, without compromising or overdoing or deviation or anomaly. The Prophet's Sunnah took great care of the homelands and their citizens, and it have been very concerned with the statement of their rights and the duties towards them, in the interests of the security and safety of the homelands and their protection from evils and internal and external dangers. The Sunnah has been flooded with a lot of authentic prophetic hadiths that show a keen interest in the welfare of the homelands and the rights of citizenship and build them on sounder foundations, and protect them from the factors of deviation and suspicion that affect the safety, security and stability of the Muslim community, especially when Faith and intellectual crises took place in the society, so we had to do a lot of effort confronting the misguided ideas. Therefore, this research came along, to reveal the most salient aspects of this national responsibility, revealing its origins, and the endorsement of Qur'anic verses and prophetic hadiths to this great responsibility, to be a safe fortress for our youth from all deviant ideas and beliefs that are trying so hard to destroy their faith and religion, and assassinate their patriotism, and also trying to recruit the youth to achieve the malicious aims of the enemies. Hence, this research is looking for an answer to this significant question: What are the things that we have been guided to -by - the prophetic Sunnah- to be able to reach out to a high degree of awareness and responsibility towards our homelands and citizens? So far, the foremost result of this research is that the Prophetic Sunnah seriously demonstrated the importance and the value of the homelands in the hearts of their people, and that there is no conflict between the love of the homeland and belonging to the Islamic Nation. Accordingly, the research proved that the countries have a lot of rights on their people, such as: the participation in its planning and development, the investment of the public finance as well as protecting them from loss, the positive contribution in every single aspect which can serve the Nation in a way or another. Finally, this research has proved that the Prophetic Sunnah has firmly defeated anything that can ever affect the security and integrity of the Nations. |
