| المستخلص: | جاءت هذه الدراسة لتحديد الكفاءات المهنية التي يمتلكها أعضاء هيئة التدريس من وجهة نظر طلاب كلية العلوم الاجتماعية جامعة باتنة 1، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكانت العينة 141 طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية. . تبين أن بعد التخطيط والتنفيذ للمحاضرة حصل على المرتبة الأولى ثم يليها بعد الشخصية والعلاقات الإنسانية ثم بعد التمكن العلمي والمهني ثم بعد أساليب التعزيز والتحفيز أما الرتبة الأخيرة فهي في بعد تفعيل الأنشطة وأساليب التقويم. .لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الكفاءات المهنية الواجب توفرها في الأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلاب تعزى إلى المستوى الدراسي للطلاب (ماستر - ليسانس). .أنه لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الكفاءات المهنية الواجب توفرها في الأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلاب والطالبات. This study was conducted to determine the professional competencies of faculty members from the perspective of the students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Batna 1 University. The analytical descriptive method was used. The study sample consisted of 141 students who were randomly selected. The study reached the following results. And implementation of the lecture got first place and then followed by personality and human relations and then after the scientific and professional ability and then after the methods of reinforcement and motivation, the last level is in the after activating activities and methods of evaluation . There are no statistically significant differences in the professional competencies to be provided in the university professor from the point of view of students attributed to the level of students (Master –license. . There are no statistically significant differences in the professional competencies to be provided in the university professor from the perspective of students and students. |
