| المستخلص: | يستعرض البحث خمس مسائل خلافية كان للإمام ابن كثير -رحمه الله -اختياره الخاص فيها بعد مناقشة أدلة الأقوال، ثم الترجيح مع ذكر اختيار ابن كثير في المسائل الخلافية. استعرضت بداية خطة البحث، ثم المنهج المتبع في البحث، ثم بدأت بسرد المسائل الخلافية، ثم بدأت بذكر المسائل، وهي على الترتيب: حكم لبس خاتم الفضة للرجال، حكم صيام يوم عرفة للحاج، حكم وضع حد أعلى للمهور، حكم عزل الإمام بفسقه، وحكم تخميس الغنائم. وقد كان منهجي في البحث هو ذكر المسألة، ثم ذكر الأقوال مع اختيار الإمام ابن كثير، أو الإجماع إن كانت المسألة من المجمع عليها، ثم ذكر أدلة الأقوال مرتبة مع مناقشتها ثم الترجيح. The research reviews five controversial issues where Imam Ibn Katheer (may Allaah have mercy on him) was his own choice after discussing the evidence of the words, then weighting with mentioning Ibn Katheer's choice in the controversial issues. I reviewed in the beginning , the research plan and then the methodology used in the research and then began to list controversial issues, and then began to mention the issues , and They are on order L: Ruling on wearing the silver ring for men, fasting on the day of 'Arafah for the pilgrim, the ruling on putting an end to the dowry, the ruling on isolating the imam with his Immorality, the ruling on quitting the spoils. The methodology in the research is to mention the issue and then mention the words with the choice of Imam Ibn Katheer or unanimity, if the issue was compound on it, Then mentioned the evidence of the words arranged with discussion and then weighting. |
