| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على موقع (الويب ماتريكس) المتخصص بترتيب مواقع الإنترنت من خلال التعريف بمصطلح (الويب ماتريكس) والقياسات الويبومترية ودلالاتها العلمية، اعتمد الباحث على منهج دراسة الحالة في استعراض وتحليل الموقع والتعرف على أهدافه وترتيبه لمواقع الإنترنت، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها تنامي أهمية القياسات الويبومترية من قبل المؤسسات العلمية والأكاديمية كوسيلة لقياس المحتوى الكمي والنوعي للنتاج الفكري الإلكتروني المنشور على الإنترنت، وان تقييم مواقع الإنترنت اصبح يعتمد على مؤسسات ذات موثوقية عالمية توفر بيئة أمنة للباحثين والعلماء للحصول على النتاج الفكري الموثوق عالميا، خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بنشر النتاج الفكري المحلي الموثوق والرصين للمؤسسات العلمية كدلالة على اهتمامها بالبحوث العلمية ونشرها على نطاق عالمي، وضرورة التعريف بالعلماء والباحثين أصحاب هذا النتاج وتوفير مساحات لهم عبر مواقع مؤسساتهم لنشر نتاجهم الفكري وتقييمه عالميا. The research aims to identify the website of the webometrics which specializes in ranking and categorizing websites through the definition of the term (Webometrics) and Webometrics measurements and scientific and linguistic evidence, the researcher adopted a case study in the review and analysis of the site and identify the objectives and ranking of Internet sites, The results of the most important importance of the importance of webometrics measurements by scientific and academic institutions as a means of measuring the quantitative and qualitative content of electronic intellectual production published on the Internet, and that the evaluation of Internet sites has become dependent on institutions of global reliability provide an environment Safe for researchers and scientists to obtain intellectual production globally reliable. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the dissemination of reliable and reliable local intellectual production to the scientific institutions as a sign of their interest in scientific research and its dissemination on a global scale and the need to acquaint scientists and researchers with this product and provide space for them through the sites of their institutions to disseminate their intellectual product and evaluate it globally. |
