| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى توفر متطلبات الإتقان لدى قادة المدارس بإدارة التعليم بشقراء في محور الكفاءة المهنية، ومحور التنظيم والتخطيط، ومحور التقويم والتطوير، وهل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتوسط آرائهم باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والدورات التدريبية). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن توفر متطلبات الإتقان لدى قادة المدارس عالية حصل على متوسط (3.37) وبنسبة مئوية (84.25 %) وبدرجة "مرتفع"، حيث أتضح أن محور الكفاءة المهنية حصل على متوسط (3.44) ونسبة مئوية (86 %)، ومحور التنظيم والتخطيط حصل على متوسط (3.40) ونسبة مئوية (85 %)، ومحور التقويم والتطوير حصل على متوسط (3.37) ونسبة مئوية (84.25 %). وأنه يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متطلبات الإتقان بشكل عام بين أفراد العينة بحسب متغير الجنس لصالح الإناث في محوري التنظيم والتخطيط والتقويم والتطوير دون محور الكفاءة المهنية، بينما لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية متغيرات الدراسة الأخرى. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التركيز على تأهيل قادة المدارس لإتقان مهامهم ورفع معرفتهم بأهميته، وتدريبهم على الجودة الشاملة في التعليم كمدخل أساسي، بالإضافة إلى إجراء الدراسات المكملة لنتائج هذه الدراسة. The aim of the study was to find out the availability of Quality requirements among school leaders in the administration of education in Shaqra; in the axis of professional competence, the axis of organization and planning and the axis of evaluation and development, Are there any statistically significant differences between the variables of study (gender, the scientific qualification, Experience, and Training courses). The study found that the availability of proficiency requirements among high school leaders was (3.37), (84.25%), and high. It was found that the professional competence level was (3.44) and (86%), the planning obtained an average (3.40) and a percentage (85%), and the evaluation and development axis obtained an average (3.37) and a percentage (84.25%). And that there are differences of statistical significance in the requirements of proficiency in general among the sample by gender variable in favor of females in the pivotal organization, planning, evaluation and development without the axis of professional competence, while there are no differences statistically significant other study variables. The study recommended the need to focus on the rehabilitation of school leaders to master their duties and raise their knowledge of its importance, and training them in the total quality in education as a basic entry, in addition to conducting studies complementary to the results of this study. |
