| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة في مجملها، إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي لإدارة الجودة الشاملة وعملية الأداء الوظيفي باعتبارها النتاج المحدد لسلوك العامل، ولتحقيق أهداف وأغراض هذه الدراسة تم إنشاء استبيان وزع على 65 عاملاً عينة الدراسة، من كلا المؤسستين، المؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية (SNV)، والمؤسسة الصناعية للمواد، البلاستيكية (SIMAP)، حيث عولجت بياناتها باستخدام برنامج SPSS، وقد توصلت الدراسة بمنهجها الوصفي الذي اعتمده الباحث إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي لإدارة الجودة الشاملة وعملية الأداء الوظيفي، كما مكنت الدراسة إبراز ما لهذا الموضوع من أهمية بالغة في تحقيق أهداف ونجاح المنظمات وتحسين أداء العاملين. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك اهتمام كبير من قبل المؤسستين محل الدراسة بتطبيق أبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة، والحرص على رفع مستوى الأداء الوظيفي وكان من أبرز توصيات هذه الدراسة تعميق نظرة العاملين إلى أهمية استراتيجية التخطيط للجودة الشاملة التي أصبحت هي المحك الأساسي لنجاح أي منظمة، والتركيز على مخرجات المنظمة وعلى رأسها الأداء الوظيفي. | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of the present study is to identify the nature of the relationship between the strategic planning of TQM and the functional performance process as the specific product of the worker's behavior. To achieve the objectives and objectives of this study, a questionnaire was created for 65 sample workers from both institutions, (SNAP) and the Plastic Industrial Corporation (SIMAP), where data were processed using the SPSS program. The study concluded that the descriptive approach adopted by the researcher indicates that there is a significant positive correlation between the strategic planning of TQM and the process of The study also made it possible to highlight the importance of this subject in achieving the goals and success of the organizations and improving the performance of the employees. The study showed that there is a great interest by the two institutions under the application of the dimensions of TQM, and the keenness to raise the level of job performance. One of the main recommendations of this study was to deepen the employees' perception of the importance of the overall quality planning strategy, which has become the main criterion for the success of any organization.
