| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات على أداء المنظمات التجارية شركة العزيزية بندة التجارية، وشملت عينة عشوائية من الموظفين الإداريين على اختلاف تخصصاتهم ومراتبهم الإدارية والوظيفية وقد بلغت (52) موظفا من شركة العزيزية بندة التجارية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج وهي: أظهرت الدراسة إن لدي شركة العزيزية بندة التجارية أنظمة الإلكترونية عالية الكفاءة لابد من التفكير الجاد بكيفية استغلال هذه التقنية لتحقيق أهداف الشركة. أظهرت الدراسة أن مستوى تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدى الموظفين كان مرتفعا، وكانت من أكثر المعايير تقديرا: الأداء الإداري، ثم الأداء المالي، ثم الأداء التسويقي مع جودة الخدمة وجميعها ضمن المستوى المرتفع. وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها ما يلي - اهتمام إدارة الشركة باستخدام تقنيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء الشركة التجارية وتطويرها - توفير أجهزة الإلكترونية ودعمها بالأجهزة المتطورة. - تفعيل شبكة المعلومات بين إدارة أمانه المحافظة لتوفير المعلومات بالسرعة المطلوبة. - تصميم دورات تدريبية منظمة لرفع كفاءة الأداء وتنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدي الموظفين. The aim of this study was to find out the role of IT in the performance of commercial organizations Al Aziza Banda Trading Company, and included a random sample of administrative staff in all their specialties and administrative and functional ranks,and reached (52) employees Al Aziza Panda Trading Company. The study reached a number of results: - The study showed that Al Aziza Panda Trading Company has high efficiency electronic systems. It is necessary to think seriously about how to use this technology to achieve the company's goals. - The study showed that the level of application of information technology in the staff was high, and was one of the most recognized criteria: administrative performance, then financial performance, and then the marketing performance with quality of service, all within the high level. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are the following - The interest of the company's management by using IT techniques to improve the company's business performance and development. - Provision of electronic devices and support with advanced devices. - Activate the information network between the Department of the Secretariat of the province to provide information as quickly as required. - Design of structured training courses to raise the efficiency of performance and develop the creative thinking of employees. |
