| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه طالبات التربية العملية بكلية التربية بالمزاحمية أثناء فترة التدريب الميداني، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة شملت على (20) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات وهي: طبيعة برنامج التربية العملي، شخصية الطالبة المعلمة، المعلمة المتعاونة، المشرفة الأكاديمية، إدارة المدرسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (222) من طالبات التربية العملية، بكلية التربية بالمزاحمية، للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1438/1439، م، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -أكثر المشكلات التي تواجه طالبات التربية العملية بالمزاحمية أثناء فترة التدريب الميداني في مجال إدارة المدرسة، يليه شخصية الطالبة، ثم المعلمة المتعاونة، ثم طبيعة برنامج التربية العملية، وأخيرا المشرفة التربوية، وأكثر مشكلة وضوحا في مجال إدارة المدرسة كانت: تقوم إدارة المدرسة بتوزيع الطالبات على المعلمات بشكل عشوائي، ثم عدم وجود مكان مخصص في المدرسة لجلوس الطالبات المتدربات في أوقات فراغهن. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات التي تواجه طالبات التربية العملية بكلية التربية في المزاحمية أثناء فترة التدريب الميداني تعزى إلى: التخصص (رياض أطفال، رياضيات، لغة عربية، لغة إنجليزية)، والمعدل التراكمي للطالبة، وأكدت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لنوع المدرسة (حكومي- أهلي)، لصالح المدارس الأهلية. | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of this study is to identify the problems faced by female students of practical education at the Faculty of Education in Al-Muzahmiyya during the period of field training. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire which included 20 domains divided into five areas: the nature of the practical education program, followed by the character of the student, then the cooperating teacher, and then the nature of the program of practical education, and finally educational supervisor, The study sample consisted of (222) female students of practical education for the second semester of the academic year 1438/1439 H. The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods for analyzing the data, and the methodology of the study followed is the analytical descriptive for its suitability and the study found the following results: -The most problems faced by female students of practical education in Al-Muzahmiyya during the period of field training in the field of school administration, followed by the character of the student, then the cooperating teacher, and then the nature of the program of practical education, and finally educational supervisor, and the most obvious problem in the field of school management The school administration distributed the students to The parameters are random, and then there is no dedicated place in the school to sit female trainees in their free time. - The study also pointed there are no differences of statistically significant in the problems faced by female students of practical education in the Faculty of Education in Al-Muzahmiyya during the period of field training due to: specialization (kindergartens, Mathematics, Arabic language, English language) and the average of the female student. Differences of statistical significance attributed to the type of school (government - local), in favor of local schools. | ||
