| المستخلص: | الألفة بين المؤمنين ودفع الفرقة عنهم مطلب شرعي، وسياسي، واجتماعي، وللدولة الإسلامية في طلب تحقيقه يد، وعليها في ذلك واجب: - تقرر ذلك شرعا من خلال التطبيقات النبوية والراشـدية؛ فقد آخى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأصلح، وألف الله به بين أقوام كانوا من أشـد الناس تنازعا وتعاديا، وعلى هذا النهج مضى خلفاؤه الراشدون رضي الله عنهم. - وتحرر ذلك فيما كتبه فقهاء السياسة الشرعية؛ في جانبي الأحكام والآداب السلطانية. - وتبين ذلك واقعا من خلال ما ذكره علماء الاجتماع من التجارب البشرية. ومن أهم ما تقصد إليه الدولة لتحصيل ذلك: حفظ الدين، وبسط العدل، ونشر الطيب من القول. وإذا تحققت هذه الألفة في الأفراد انعكس ذلك على الدولة قوة وهيبة، والله يختص برحمته من يشاء، وهو وحده الذي يؤلف بين قلوب عباده. Intimacy between the believers and elimination of the division among them is one of Shariah requirements. It is also a political and social demand. Islamic state has a role to play, and some tasks to carry out to achieve it. It is established in Shariah as can be seen in the prophet and guided caliphs' applications. When the prophet (peace be upon him) reached Madinah, he united, reconciled, and brought together the people who were the most quarrelsome and rebellious, as documented and compiled in the books written by Islamic jurists on method of administration and ethics of ruling, and verified by the sociologists through their human experience. Among the most important things to be pursued by the state to achieve this are: preservation of religion, spreading of justice, and spreading good utterances. If this intimacy is achieved among individuals, it will reflect on the state's strength and prestige. Allah chooses by His special mercy whom He wills, and He alone is the one who can bring the hearts of His slaves (servants) together. |
