| المستخلص: | The idea of this paper is to verify some of the objectives, namely:\nFirst: To present the academic, social, psychological, ethical, human, and ethnic aspects of the relationship between supervisor and student.\nSecond: clarifying the characteristics of academic supervision as one of the most important types of supervision, knowing the characteristics of a good supervisor, and identifying the beginning of the relationship between the supervisor and the student and how it ends.\nThis paper used a qualitative research approach with interrogative methods by putting a set of questions and trying to answer them. \nThis paper concluded that the relationship between the supervisor and the student is not merely an academic relationship determined by the walls of the educational institution. Rather, many aspects need to be taken into consideration, such as psychological, human, social, ethnic, ethical, and other aspects of both the student and the supervisor. \nBoth the supervisor and the student have rights, and they have duties that they must respect. \nThere are many difficulties in academic supervision, including those that belong to the student and that belong to the supervisor, which may have negative effects on the conduct of the research process.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 تتلخص فكرة هذه الورقة في التحقق من بعض الأهداف، وهي:\nأولاً: عرض الجوانب الأكاديمية والاجتماعية، والنفسية، والأخلاقية، والإنسانية والعرقية للعلاقة بين المشرف والطالب.\nثانياً: توضيح خصائص الإشراف الأكاديمي باعتباره أحد أهم أنواع الإشراف، ومعرفة خصائص المشرف الجيد، والتعرف على بداية العلاقة بين المشرف والطالب وكيف تنتهي.\nوقد استخدمت هذه الورقة لتحقيق ذلك منهج البحث الكيفي مع أسولب الاستفهام؛ وذلك بوضع مجموعة من التساؤلات، ومحاولة الإجابة عنها، وخلصت هذه الورقة إلى أن العلاقة بين المشرف والطالب ليست مجرد علاقة أكاديمية تحددها أسوار المؤسسة التعليمية؛ بل يوجد في هذه العلاقة الكثير من الجوانب التي يجب أن تراعي، كالجوانب النفسية والإنسانية، والاجتماعية، والعرقية، والأخلاقية، وغيرها لكل من الطالب والمشرف، وأن لكل من المشرف والطالب حقوقاً، وعليهما واجبات يجب عليهما مراعاتها، وهناك العديد من الصعوبات التي تعترض عملية الإشراف الأكاديمي، منها ما يرجع إلى الطالب، ومنها ما يعود إلى المشرف، والتي قد تكون آثاراً سلبية على سير عملية البحث.\n |
