| المستخلص: | يناقش هذا البحث توظيف الوسائط المتعددة في تطوير الإنتاج الإذاعي، ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على المعايير الأساسية للإنتاج الصوتي بالإذاعات المحلية (راديو الرابعة) نموذجا، التعرف على المعايير المهنية لهندسة الصوت، الوقوف على المعوقات التي تواجه الإنتاج الإذاعي، أما مشكلة البحث تتمثل في الاهتمام التام بتوظيف كافة المعينات الفنية للوصول إلى درجة عالية من الجودة والنقاء في الصوت الإذاعي، وبالنظر إلى الإذاعات المسموعة نجد أن هناك العديد من المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بجودة الصوت مما يؤثر بشكل مباشر على نجاح الرسالة المسموعة ومن هنا تحاول الدراسة الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس التالي: إلى أي مدى يلتزم راديو الرابعة بالمعايير الفنية في توظيف الوسائط المتعددة في إنتاج الصوت عبر برامجه المقدمة إلى الجمهور. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي. قام الباحث باستخدام استمارة خبراء وتحليلها عن طريق برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) المتخصص في تحليل البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها أن إذاعة الرابعة تواكب التطور التقني والتكنولوجي باستخدامها أحدث أجهزة الحواسيب في إنتاج وبث البرامج الإذاعية. أظهرت الدراسة أن الإمكانيات المادية تؤثر على تصميم الاستديوهات من ناحية المواد المستخدمة في العزل والتبطين. أوضحت الدراسة أن برامج راديو الرابعة تتصف بالحيوية والتنوع الذي يمنع الرتابة والتقليدية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الالتزام بالمعايير العلمية لمواكبة التطور التقني والتكنولوجي في مجال إنتاج وبث البرامج الإذاعية والعمل على توظيف أطر بشرية مؤهلة ومدربة تقنيا وتكنولوجيا. This research discusses the employing of multimedia in developing radio producing. The research aims at identifying the main standards of sound producing in local broadcasts (Alrabia Radio) as a model, to identify the professional standards of sound engineering. To stand on the obstacles that facing radio production. The problem of the research of the research represented in the total care of employing all technical aids to reach high degree of quality and pureness in the radio sound. Giving a Look at the audible broadcast, we will find that there are many of technical problems related to sound quality, what affect directly on the success of audible message, from here we try to answer the main question below: To what extent Alrabia Radio adhere to the technical standards in employing the multimedia in sound producing at it presented programs to the public. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the historical method. The researcher used experts’ questionnaire, analyze it by using the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS), which is specialized in data analysis. The study reached several results, including that Alrabia Radio keeps pace with the technical and technological development by using the latest computers in the production and broadcasting of radio programs. The study showed that the physical capabilities affect the design of studios in terms of materials used in insulation and lining. The study showed that Alrabia Radio programs are characterized by vitality and diversity that prevents monotony and traditionalism. The study recommended the necessity to adhere to the scientific standards; so to keep pace with the technical and technological development in the production and broadcasting of radio programs and work to employ qualified human resources, well qualified and technically and technologically trained. |
